Starlight Haven at Hot Springs offers a unique and relaxing experience for our guest. Nestled among a canopy of trees in the Ouachita Mountains and bordered by a creek, our romantic treehouses are conveniently located only minutes from Bathhouse Row in downtown Hot Springs. At Deer Run Treehouse, our newest and largest treehouse, you’ll enjoy the beautiful views of the woods from your hot tub and hopefully catch a glimpse of the deer that call this area home.

My wife and I had a great visit here. Secluded, comfy, clean, and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!!

Upon arrival the place looked amazing, and the scenery was beautiful. Walking in the room it looked like a GREAT place, but there was an overwhelming smell in the room.We also noticed that the room was extremely hot, the thermostat said it was in the mid 80s. So needless to say, this wasn’t the start to our trip we were desiring but we figured no big deal, because the room was majestic!But then we found the toilet seat had a crack in it and every time you would sit down it would pinch your leg. So I called the Starlight number provided and told them the issues and they told us that the thermostat was not correct and it was cooler in the room than what it said. They didn’t say anything about the smell. Then they requested pictures of the toilet seat so that they could send them to maintenance, so maintenance could fix what needed to be fixed. We waited and waited and no one came to fix the seat. Well the final straw that was quite upsetting, and happened in the middle of the night. I went to use the bathroom, turned on the light, and saw something scurry away on the sink. Turned the light off, and caught some pictures of the unwanted guest on the sink. It was a cockroach!I called the number provided again to let them know what happened. Excuses were given for everything that I complained about, no ownership was taken!Really wanted to like this place & would have gladly given them another chance. But they offered to do nothing for us in spite of all that happened!

Deer Run, our largest treehouse, offers a bedroom with an antique french door wall. It also features a unique handcrafted (by a local artisan) king size bed with luxury linens, sleeper sofa, upscale furniture, an all season fireplace, large shower, kitchen and of course, your private hot tub on the back balcony. The treehouse is tastefully decorated in a rustic vib with a touch of taxidermy. Enjoy a little piece of heaven in the canopy of the trees. You'll love the view, the peaceful whispering of nature, a time to unwind and totally unplug. A small kitchen is provided for that romantic meal or just enjoy a snack out on the porch swing. A gas grill is provided. Take time for yourself in the hot tub located on the balcony or enjoy a nice fire in the all season fireplace.
