It is extremely convenient to all Hot Springs has to offer. In 10-15 minutes you can be downtown enjoying Bathhouse Row, Central Avenue, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming or hiking/biking in the beautiful Hot Springs National Parks.

Such a great cottage, so cute, with great view and everything you need for a great escape. Super close to the grocery store and a short drive to the quaint downtown area.

Very peaceful setting on the lake. Spent time on back deck watching hummingbirds and squirrels. House was clean and had everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay for my family of 4 that included my children ages 8 and 5. The cottage was steps away from the water and we swam just about every day. I enjoyed coffee each morning outside on the deck as well. The view of the lake was beautiful, it was peaceful and quiet. The property itself was clean and the amenities provided great convenience. The cottage was also located in the perfect spot (less than 12 minutes) to visit downtown, museums and delicious food options. The host was great with communication and highly responsive. I would highly recommend this cottage to others.

Everything was excellent!! All was as advertised, the only thing that I would recommend is not to bring a full size crew cab truck. It was a little tight turning around in the parking area. The facility is very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The cottage is very cozy! We had a great stay over NYE, enjoying the hot tub, gas fire, and outdoor seating to watch fireworks shoot off around the lake. The host was also very attentive and friendly!

Great Location and View! We spent a lot of time on the porch and in the hot tub. House was very homey and comfortable. Kids asked "Can we come again?" Perfect place to stay!
