Our stay was enjoyable! The house was cozy and perfect for our lil getaway. The rooms were great and the house very clean! Our host was awesome!! All my questuons during our stay were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again on our future Reno trips!!!

Arrived with my girlfriend and left with my wife. ( Same woman). This was a fantastic experience and great place to spend quiet time with a loved one. Everything was great !

This property is extremely clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The owner is very attentive to detail and responds very quickly. This place is a winner and my #1 choice if I return to Reno. I give it my highest recommendation!

The house is very cozy with a simple check in. Very responsive host. She even touched base after our arrival to ensure everything was satisfactory. Great location near midtown with lots of restaurants close by. We’d stay here again.

Perfectly located clean and cute rental

This property is clean, comfortable and in a great location within walking distance to stores, restaurants and parks. We loved it so much we booked it for a second month in a row

Beautiful centrally located rental

This rental is clean and cozy with comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Close to lots of stores and restaurants and in a great location. Highly recommend

Memorial Day weekend

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to access and close to where we needed to be for the basketball tournament we were here for. It was clean and homey. We appreciated the accommodations.

What a perfect place to stay in Reno. The house is perfectly & thoughtfully appointed. It is in a perfect location with many restaurant, grocery store, and coffee shops close by. During our stay we went to Truckee, Lake Tahoe, and downtown Reno, and it was lovely to use this property as our home base. It felt like coming home each night. Communication with the owners was wonderful as they are prompt to respond and very hospitable. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else who is considering this lovely property.

Nice place

We had a great time. Enough space for 5 of us. Only wished there was enough glassware for all. (Only 4 coffee cups & drinking glasses) Nice quiet location. Need a manual for heaters. Couldn’t get 1 to work until late last night of stay. Will definitely stay again

Important:* if you sleep in the front room, you'll have traffic noise: bring earplugs. In the back room, there's no shade on one of the windows: bring an eyemask.* the bed in the back room is a full, not a queen* neither bedroom has usable bedside lights. They're just not present in the back room, and the front room has lights, but BYO charging cable to use them* the front curtains aren't opaque. At nighttime, a person standing outside the house can look straight through to see a bright object in the bathroom at the back.Worth knowing:* much of the furniture is rickety, and damage appears to be accumulating (e.g very damaged front doorjamb, front bedroom ceiling is acting as a doorstop)* the color of the overhead light in the back bedroom is very blue. Clinical: not cozy at all.* the mini split heads smell a bit mildewy at times* I didn't use the kitchen, but I did notice a pan with a plastic handle that was stored in the oven. Definitely check before turning on the oven.* the shades do an okayish job of blocking light, but only when perfectly aligned.Minor issues: * a lot of fixtures (e.g. bathroom lights) are cockeyed. The exterior front door handle is very loose.* floors are very squeaky for such a newly remodeled home.It's a unit in a duplex in an up-and-coming neighborhood; I (a guy) walked around a fair bit, day and night, and nobody bothered me. It is at the corner of a somewhat busy one way street without a stop sign, so it's somewhat noisy.
