Located just 3 blocks from the heart of the UNR campus and 1/2 mile walk/ride to the casino and arts district. After ascending 10 steps from the street level, you arrive at the private entrance to this spacious daylight basement. You will enter the combined living, kitchen, and dining area. The efficiently equipped kitchen boasts a full-sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. Complimentary coffee and tea service for 1 day of your stay.
The large bathroom includes a stack washer and dryer. The large bedroom has a comfy king bed and nightstands with reading lights. Plenty of closet space.
Wi-Fi and smart TV are available for streaming with your streaming accounts.
Bonus: Situated just a short walk from the Rancho San Rafael Regional Park where you can walk around various paths, wander through the arboretum, or hike around in the foothills.

The place is calming and the bed is comfy. Julia is easy to communicate with and thoughtful. Added bonus is it is in walking distance to Rancho San Rapheal for morning walks.

It was a great cozy little stay! It was exactly what we needed for. Just two people. Parking permit for one vehicle is nice, but we did not need it for this trip. Kitchen was pretty stocked with a lot of equipment, but I think it would need a small cutting board and a big microwavable bowl for convenience overall excellent stay we absolutely loved it!

I travel every other weekend. This apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, and comfortable. By far the most comfortable place I have stayed in recent months. The host and hostess are gracious and easy to communicate with. The kitchen has everything I needed, including a coffee grinder. The place is super clean. I thought parking on the street would be an issue, it turned out to be a quiet, little traveled road. All in all, I highly recommend this rental.

This was a great place to stay for the places we needed to go to in the area - the bedroom and bathroom were large, the kitchen was beautifully appointed, and there were a dining area and a living room area. It's a half basement setup, so the windows were all high, but let in a lot of light. The insulation between the two units isn't great, so you can hear a lot of what goes on in the other unit, but the owners were considerate and we were okay with the noise level (also, we travel with a white noise machine). All in all, this was perfect for what we needed - thank you, hosts!

Quiet lower level place. Picked this place because it was only a quarter mile from Rancho San Rafael regional park and the miles of trails to run on. Was not disappointed. Will definitely book again when they have another opening.

Host was excellent to respond and check in was easy. Was a quiet property and very well equipped. Unhappy that the picture did not show steps leading to the entrance. No grab bars or aid to get in the shower. My husband has trouble walking so these two things made it hard for him. No shower during our stay. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a good experience and felt a good value for our money.

There was to much banging and thumping noise from above. It sounded like they were moving furniture every day. And you could hear people’s voices very clearly as if they were right behind the door separating the basement from above, very uncomfortable feeling, would not recommend to stay here,

We absolutely understand. Dave and his wife were wonderful tenants. This is a basement apartment within the structure where we live. Sounds of daily will life naturally transfer between the spaces. Some people are much more averse to the sounds of than others. We now supply ear plugs for those who may prefer to use them. We are generally pretty quiet, and try to mitigate unnecessary noise as much as possible, especially when we have guests in the apartment. While not a common occurrence, adding our own company to the mix will exacerbate the sound levels.
