Best home ever!

Arrived and checked in seamlessly; home filled to brim with amenities and then some!Will definitely return as location was 10min walk to our daughters home, who we came to visit.Enjoyed cooking in the adorable kitchen and relaxing in the comfortable living room.Bed was so comfy after a busy day.

Home away from home

Our stay was very comfortable and loved the accommodations. The owners were great to work with communication and check in was exceptional. From now on, this house is our number one choice to rent when in Sacramento.

Cozy Craftsman

My parents loved their stay. This craftsman home has been lovingly renovated and was super clean upon arrival. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to one of the best coffee shops in Sacramento and a unique Spice and Tea shop. Historic Mckinley Park is close by for those who enjoy close by spots for a walk or run. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect location!

The house is a wonderful vintage Tudor cottage in the perfect location in Sacramento. Walked to Temple coffee, the best coffee in the city, just a couple blocks away every morning. Great Indian food at the end of the street and plenty of other options, as well. The host was very kind and the place was immaculate. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay in Sacramento

House was clean, comfortable, and charming! Great location - walking distance to several local coffee roasters, restaurants and short driving distance to downtown, attractions, etc. Bob was awesome, responsive, and very flexible with everything. Highly recommend!

Great home!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. House was beautiful and cozy. The off street parking was awesome and great peace of mind for when you’re staying in a town you’re unfamiliar with. Although, the neighborhood was nice and I would’ve felt just fine parking on the street. 10 out of 10 would stay here again and I’m grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this home.

Absolutely Fabulous!!

A wonderful, clean and comfortable spacious house with everything available you would need. Located in a lovely quiet area with amenities close by! Most visited was Stanley’s Donuts!!! Lovely outdoor space too. Close to Midtown. Our host Bob has been very attentive ensuring any questions are answered and providing very useful information. I have no hesitation in highly recommending anyone wishing to visit Sacramento to stay here… an easy 10/10

Fantastic Home!

Bob's home was in a GREAT location and the driveway made parking EASY! Super clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the front porch sipping tea from a gorgeous mug and enjoying the morning breeze! Bob provided lots of helpful recommendations for dining and coffee. Delicious Pachamama Coffee Coop is just a couple of minutes walking. Lots of restaurants nearby too.

Perfect!

In town for dad's surgery at Mercy General Hospital. Home is within walking distance on a beautiful street with quiet neighbors. Home was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. 100% recommend.

Gorgeous house, fantastic neighborhood and excellent hospitality. We had a wonderful stay in Sacramento. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and beyond. Communication from our host was excellent. The neighborhood was just lovely with easy access to the city and restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

It's a Winner!

This home is very comfortable, clean, has luxurious linens and is beautifully decorated! It's location is in a very safe neighborhood in East Sac and withing walking distance from restaurants and churches. The owner was extremely easy to work with. It is well-stocked with toiletries, cooking equip, spices, etc. 5 Star for sure!

A Diamond In The Rough

We decided on this property because of the location to the hospital where my daughter was to give birth. When we arrived we we’d blown away at the quaintness this house has. First of all there was a heat wave in the 10 days we were there. Every day we would go back and fourth from the hospital and arrive in such a cool (2 definitions) place to relax in. Very old house with numerous upgrades but enough of its originality left to just blow you away. So comfortable. Must see to believe. Bob and Derek are the best hosts we have had the pleasure of dealing with. They did everything for us to have a wonderful stay to celebrate with our family. Don’t miss out on the beautiful gem.

My wife, Connie, and I live in Wisconsin but like to visit our son (and co-manager) who lives just minutes away from our East Sac home. Our potential move to this area has been postponed due to Connie's stroke and current medical needs. But we very much enjoy staying here when we can, especially when it is winter in Wisconsin! So we consider this our home and have furnished it and stocked it accordingly. We've learned that East Sac is a wonderful community with beautiful tree lined streets and is convenient to most everything. We can walk to great restaurants and shops. And we have wonderful and quiet neighbors. We think you will enjoy our home as much as we do!!
