Perfect location with lots around

We were in the area for a short stay to visit with family and go to the State Fair at Cal Expo. It was the perfect location for that with lots of food options around. It was obvious that Vitaly wanted his guests to feel at home. We appreciated the opportunity to park our car behind a secure gate and felt safe staying there. Communication was great. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Well-Stocked VRBO in Arden-Arcade Area of Sacramento

My husband and I were in Sacramento for 9 nights to visit my family over the holidays. We greatly appreciated the VRBO’s ample supply of dishes, towels, hangers, and kitchen items, such as freezer bags, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. We were also thankful for the full-size washer and dryer. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable with everything you need.

In town for a week on work. A little difficulty figuring out the access the first night of checkin. Otherwise, fantastic home with everything needed. Comfortable and secure. Lots of towels. Nice kitchen. The host communicates well and was able to extend our stay by one night when the job kept us longer. Definately recommend.

I was definitely "wowed" in a good way. The house was very clean, the AC nice and cold and the host....he's a very good host to work with, very accommodating and thoughtful.

Absolute scumbag rat infested place. When I arrived there were scratches on the wall and a damp and musty smell coming from the back bedroom. Note the area IS BEYOND ROUGH. You will wake up to a homeless person trying to look through your car or steal fruit from on of the trees I. The front of the property. Next door is a building FULL OF HOMELESS and dilapidated beyond belief. The owner also entered my rental illegally and tried to steal from me. This guy needs to be delisted.

One of the best places

This is one of the best places to be at they're very respectful, they check on you to make sure that if you need anything they can accommodate you. the place is very well clean it has accommodations that you probably wouldn't find at other places and they also have a very nice backyard where you can actually chill and relax. Rooms are very comfortable and overall it's one of the best places that I like to go to when I'm in Sacramento California

Our convention stay!

The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run! Eating dinner on the patio in the evening was also a highlight. The kitchen is very pretty and so are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. Anything we needed or wanted was very close by…stores, restaurants, etc. And Vitaly bent over backwards to make our stay easy. Plan on staying again next year!

Quiet secured little spot in the big city did the job

We were mainly here for sleeping would definitely stay again next time in the area we had a carshow at the expo center so at end of day it was nice and close

Love this place

The place was very well kept up clean very neat cozy and like always a best place to stay when you're in Sacramento the place is very quiet don't have to worry about too much noise and it's in a good area especially for people who love to eat and go to the mall

Quiet, comfortable and Sac Centralized

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay for my friends and I. The owner was very flexible and had great communication. The whole house was clean and had everything we needed. 2 nice sized beds and space for an air matress in the living room. Would stay again.

2nd Stay Here

Our 2nd stay here was just as great as our 1st. We stay here while in town visiting family. The heavy duty gate provides safe parking, safe accommodations, and privacy. Very quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable.
