The complex is composed by two villas, one with 6 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms, a few minutes' walk to each other, and steps from the sandy beach of Playa Laguna.

- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom)

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
