New Construction Townhome Less Than 1 Mile From The Heart Of Downtown Greenville

Welcome to Pinckney Place, a small townhome community strategically located adjacent to the Historic Hampton Pinckney District. Enjoy downtown living less than one mile from Main Street Greenville. It's the perfect spot to stay to experience everything Greenville has to offer; Falls Park, Unity Park, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, shopping, restaurants and more! This townhome is also convenient to many Upstate colleges such as Furman and Clemson, Asheville and the mountains of Western North Carolina, several lakes, rivers, and scenic mountains.

This townhome offers just under 2,100 square feet, 3 bedrooms with each one having it's own private ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet, perfect for a family or 3 couples. An extra half bath is located on the main living area (2nd floor).

In addition, this townhome has a private workspace in one of the bedrooms and is equipped with 1GB fiber wifi internet service, perfect for remote employees and working away from home.

The main living area (2nd floor) is open with a large granite island, a 5 burner gas range with a griddle attachment, hardwood floors and lots of windows. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. There is a dedicated dining area with table that seats 6 and the kitchen island provides additional seating for 4 to accommodate groups.

The first floor (ground level), offers the first guest room. The 3rd floor offers the second guest room, as well as the primary suite, and also houses the laundry closet.

There are 4 flat screen TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the den. All of the TV's are Smart TV's with HDMI inputs for your streaming devices (streaming devices not provided).

Other amenities include a two car attached garage and an outdoor patio with seating. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Clean and new townhome

My husband and I stayed there with my sister in law and her husband. There was a lot of space for us all. Very clean, comfortable beds, responsive owner. New kitchen items to make cooking meals easy. There was road noise but the sound machines helped.

Great property, happy to have stayed

Property was very nice. Clean and new. Good amenities and furniture. Overall very pleasant and nice. Our groups only complaints were of minor things: there was no extra disposable products like paper towels and garbage bags, and very limited toilet paper. I feel like for a quality property like this, which costs what it does, it's reasonable to expect extras of this kind of thing.Again otherwise it was perfectly good. And overall a 9/10

Beautiful Greenville

The townhouse near downtown Greenville was beautiful!!! The community was perfect for taking walks, there was a neighborhood park for my 2 year old granddaughter, and was very spacious for our family of 6. This could easily be an annual trip for the family. One more thing.... The host was helpful before and during our stay.

Just a fun trip

Came down to Greenville to check out the area for a possible move some day. Great town, so much to do. We will definitely be coming back. This place was in a great location and easily walkable to downtown. The condo was clean and very nice.

Wedding stay in Greenville

The host of the property is a dream. Of all the VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in this was by far the best host interaction I’ve ever had. The townhome is very nice, easy to access and has everything you’d need. There was a smell issue in the master bathroom but that was address. The white noise machines really helped with the road noise. The property could use a little paint (I can’t believe how reckless people are with their luggage etc) so many scuff marks. Such a bummer for what’s really a cute property. Cleaning crew could have done a little bit better getting previous pet hair and some stains off of the living room furniture but overall not bad. I’d definitely recommend to anyone staying in Greenville.

Spacious, clean and new!

We had a great stay during tropical storm Helene! Was so glad we had power. The host was communicative. Each bedroom had its own full bath. It was comfortable and convenient.

Family weekend trip

Had family weekend at Clemson University. We like to stay in Greenville for all the fun stuff to do. This was our first time at this home, great place and location. Highly recommend and we will stay again.

Siblings weekend trip to GVL

Overall, this is a very nice, new property in a gentrifying area of Greenville. It is convenient to downtown but not necessarily walkable. The complimentary bottle of wine was a welcome touch. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture, spacious kitchen, and cold A/C. As others have stated, there is some road noise on the front side of the house but the white noise machines help to cancel much of this. The beds are comfortable and the property was very clean. A small criticism is the low water pressure from the rainfall style shower head in the primary bathroom. All in all, we would definitely return.

Very nice home. Close to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Greenville. House was very clean, well kept and nicely decorated. Communication with the host was very good. If you're visiting Greenville and want to spend time downtown I highly recommend staying here. Only a few minutes from historic downtown.

Great place for our family stay in Greenville

The townhome was exactly as described. Communication with the host/property owner was excellent and he was very responsive. Nice proximity to downtown. We were in Greenville for a wedding and this townhome was perfect for our family members. We would stay here again

It was perfect

It was perfect, we were there for a wedding in Travelers Rest. Which is not too far. And the airport is 20 minutes away. Very clean , we didn’t need a thing , the house had everything we needed. Easy check in and out. It was just perfect. Thank you!

Excellent Stay for Girls weekend

Property was excellently maintained. Kitchen well stocked for cooking! Each bedroom had a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and extra blankets and linens. Games for evenings in with friends and family. Nice relaxing stay. TV's were great for each room and shared living room. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved having a garage to park in.

Very nice property

The home was very nice, communication from host was excellent, location was convenient to what we needed. Two downsides: the location was also next to a somewhat busy highway which resulted in a noise issue for at least one of the bedrooms (bottom level); second issue was the temperature regulation inside. Being 3 levels, the top floor (two bedrooms) was often too warm at the same time that the bottom level (3rd bedroom) was a bit cold. That issue didn't prohibit sleep for us but could for some folks. The inside of the home was super clean, well furnished, and quite modern, with everything the 7 of us needed.

Family adventure in GVL

Property was ideally situated between town and parks/trails. It was awesome to arrive at a place so ready to receive us after getting off a long plane ride in CLT. Will come back here for sure.

Beautiful Property

Property was nicely laid out, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. Location had great access to downtown and my family who live in Greenville on Crescent Avenue. Thanksgiving was a beautiful time to be in Greenville with the leaves changing and wonderful weather.

Beautiful and comfortable

We were in town for a wedding. The house is beautiful and very spacious! So much bathroom and closet space!! It was stocked with everything we needed. The house is wonderfully close to downtown! The owner was very responsive. The only small issue we had was the tvs only stream. It was difficult for us but since we weren’t there often to just watch tv, we were fine. I highly recommend!!!

Greenville gem

We had a great stay at this townhome. It is very conveniently located. We probably could have walked to Main Street but we drove. Very close to all of the attractions. Home is lovely and very well appointed. Even coffee! The garage, with the door opener, was a huge plus! Our family was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!
