Fantastic place.

We stayed at this location when we were in town for the Cyndi Lauper concert. We wanted to be close to the climate pledge Arena. It is a 25 min walk from this place. It is also close to Whole Foods, which is great for groceries. There’s lots of restaurants close by too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were wonderful. We used everything indoor, even though the outdoor ones were beautiful. It was just a cold day. Would really recommend!

Only good thing I can say, it’s clean

This is a hotel that has a lot of things to fix, from the elevators, parking garage getting in and out (key card wouldn’t work for multiple people). Hotel staff not great to deal with, 2 towels for 4 people was a huge inconvenience. It is clean, only positive comment I can give.

Girls Night

My mom, sisters and I enjoyed a couple days and a night in Seattle. This place was perfect for us. Easy check-in, free parking, walking distance to a Whole Foods and breakfast options. We got just what we were looking for, a safe place to stay with two king beds. It was clean and had lots of things we didn’t have time to partake in, such as pool, game room, etc.

Clean and Comfy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. We checked in at the front desk, seamlessly, and found our suite to be clean and nicely appointed. With five in our party, my husband and I took the hide-a-bed which was surprisingly very comfortable! We will be back.

Great place!

Our stay worked out great! The best part---they held our luggage prior to check-in, as well as following check-out until we got on our cruise ship. BEST THING EVER, sooo helpful! Easy to walk to restaurants, coffee cafe, and shopping. Uber available to get to Pike's Market and the Pier if you don't want to walk the hills. Balcony was great, relaxing to just sit. The pool was loud... Downside, one of the two bedrooms was literally just the king-size bed. It was fine for my two young adults... We would stay again!

Poor property perks

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 4 days at Level, and while the VRBO listing touts all kinds of amenities, very few were actual. Never saw housekeeping the entire visit. The basketball court was a big plus for my daughter only to find no equipment available. Big disappointment. The pool/sauna are nice, but super slick. My husband slipped and fell in the sauna. The check in process was also awful. We arrived very late and received a parking QR Card that didnt work, then our room keys wouldnt work.
