The location was great. The carpet is pretty worn and stained otherwise it was very clean and nice.

Location was terrific. Convenient for walking to dinner or drinks with restaurants spread all through out the neighborhood. Onsite parking was tight but street pass made it generally easy to find a spot.

Great property in a convenient location. - Note to the host - update the restaurant recommendations on your information sheet. The skillet is permanently closed. Try recommending Odd Fellows down on 10th.

The upstairs guests were too loud. They seemed to create a huge amount of noise from just walking. They stayed up all night one night, keeping us from sleeping.

Great place to stay in an outstanding neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in with family for a wedding and the townhouse was perfect for our stay. We loved the neighborhood.

Clean unit in a nice neighborhood. Quick walk to medical centers, Seattle University, and several restaurants. Very quiet, which is what we were looking for. Easy check in with great communication.

We appreciated the great location, the very helpful garage space, and the clean home. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, and there were plenty of towels.However, we had several issues. There is no central air conditioning, and the house was very hot when we arrived and in the following days. Several upstairs window latches were missing or inoperable, so we couldn’t improve airflow. When we called for help, we were told to set up a portable air conditioner from the closet, something nowhere mentioned in the property description. The bathroom vent fan didn’t work, causing steam buildup, and the upstairs carpet is extremely worn and rippled in places.Internet speed was under 50 Mbps on both floors, making WiFi use tedious. The ten-year-old downstairs TV doesn’t support current Apple TV or screen mirroring, and the Chromecast was also outdated; it took us 1.5 hours to figure this out. The third-party manager suggested basic fixes like turning the TV off and on, then promised a newer Chromecast the next day. It arrived a day later, as we were leaving.A discount was offered, but I declined, as it seemed intended to head off a less than favorable review. Future guests should know the facts.I have stayed at many VRBO properties with exceptional ratings. This one does not match its 9.6 Exceptional rating, which in my view more likely reflects the property manager’s approach to managing reviews than the property itself.

Great Stay

Clean, comfortable and good communication! The garage was tight to get into with the angle of the driveway and garage- but the property manager let us know ahead of time.

Great Place

Great place located in a nice area. Could walk to many good restaurants in Capital Hill. Note that the garage is a little small, not sure a car bigger than a small SUV can fit in it.

Quiet Location Close to Downtown

Clean and quiet space within walking distance to downtown. This was a great location for our girl’s trip! The space could have been a little bit cleaner but the bedding was soft and beds were comfortable. Parking was excellent. Wish there were spare blankets.

Trip to Seattle

The place is clean and comfortable. It’s close to great restaurants and not far from downtown. We took an Uber. I would go back.

Nice place. Good location. Clean. Only concern was that the main bathroom upstairs had no towels, washcloths, or floor mats. The master had a few towels but there were not enough for all 4 of us.

Great experience

We looked for a place that was accessible to everything we wanted to participate in. The place was clean and comfortable for our entire party. Communication with the management was Great. They responded quickly to any questions and concerns.
