This is a place to relax and enjoy the surrounding activities. This is not a place to party. If you are looking to have a party this is not the place. There are full time residents living nearby and do not wish to be disturbed. This is a place to linger as you sip wine or coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise or set over the water; relax around the fireplace indoors or the firepit outside. Recommendations for activities and food are in the Welcome Book on the coffee table. The dock at the lake is not currently available for use.

Debbie did an excellent job making us feel welcome, and we were so impressed by how inviting everything was! The lake was beautiful at sunset, and in the rain!

The property had a great location for Pine Mountain and. Callaway Gardens. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. We spent mornings and evenings on the deck eating and looking at the water. The house was very clean and neat. With pretty woodwork trim in the rooms. And windows looking at the lake. We were most comfortable there and appreciate the host.

Just wish that all the rules were in bio and that the dock wasn't able to be used bc it was not up to par.

All of the information to prepare for your visit was sent to you several days before your arrival which included information about the dock being unavailable. It also stated that additional details were provided in the welcome book on the coffee table and further information about the rules were on the refrigerator.

We had a great time, it is very spacious and has an amazing view of the lake. We didn't get to enjoy the lake much due to our son getting married at FDR state Park and all the running around that comes with it, but it was refreshing to come back and sit on the porch and unwind from a hectic day. The host was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had and we definitely plan to visit again in the near future!PS: On a recommendation from the host we tried Iron Horse which isn't but a few minutes drive away for dinner and it was awesome, we even went back a 2nd time the next day. Lol

There was a communication mix-up upon arrival, but it was remedied quickly. The cabin was perfect for our stay and all the amenities you would need are provided. Debbie was so nice and our stay was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is truly a GEM, one in a million! Kitchen was very well stocked even with a popcorn machine. My favorite room was the dining room, with wrap around windows making every meal feel like new painting.I can’t express enough how grateful and blessed we feel to have had the opportunity to stay in this lovely property. Thank you!

Property was amazing and great location. Everything was just as listed and we loved the small details of house. Only thing to point out is both driveways entrances have small drop offs from the actual road. Nothing that made our weekend anything less than perfect.

Pine Mountain Getaway

This was a great property to go and stay for Pine Mountain area activities or just to go stay and relax. Very clean, comfortable. Nice beds to sleep on, furnished well, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Close as you can get to FDR Park

Wonderful location. The fire pit in the back was wonderful and the view over the pond was delightful. The house is excellent. It is clean and inviting and really a nice place.

Pine mountain vacation

We highly recommend this amazing cabin. On a beautiful lake, very relaxing and very quiet. The owners are so kind and helpful. This is our 2nd stay at this cabin because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend.
