Rustic 5-bedroom lodge in Pine Mountain. Here there is a variety of sleeping arrangements. Spacious Picturesque log-cabin lodge with a wrap-around porch overlooking a private lake on beautiful Big Bear Farm, great for events, small conferences, and day retreats. Events (more guest then VRBO lodging) are scheduled directly with us. The large venue room can accommodate 150 people and boasts a beautiful gas fireplace with vaulted ceiling and exposed timber beams. 2 bathrooms flank the back of the great room with both interior and exterior access. Commercial kitchen with Artic Air fridge/freezer, convection oven, gas stove, Hand & vegetable sinks--all you need for hosting! Coffee and tea prep station. Two downstairs bedrooms with attached bathrooms (one handicap accessible) Upstairs an additional 3 bedroom with 2bathrooms. Can be rented as a 2 bedroom, 5 bedroom or event center. Pavilion on property can be rented with venue room or as a separate venue space and lodge. 1 ADA room with a queen bed, 3 of the rooms have2 twin beds that can be connected to make kings, one room with a Queen, and 2 queen cozy futons. With 5 bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The property also offers convenient amenities like an iron, washing machine, heating, and AC. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Schedule separately with Big Bear farm where you can stable your horses and enjoy the competition facility with cross country and trails. If you don't have a horse you can take lessons while you are here or schedule a farm tour. Also available in the local community is Callaway Gardens, FDR State park, Little Whitehouse, antique stores, Wild Animal Safari, West Point Lake and many other beautiful places to visit. Priced for up to 6 people. There is additional charge per guest above 6 people. If for a couple please message me for a discount for 2 people or using the downstairs only. My group really enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. It’s extremely Peaceful and Quiet. One observation that the cooks in the group made was that the kitchen could use some updating, the tile on the floor needs a replacement, limited space to move around, the gas stove needs a thorough cleaning. Some of the huge family room windows need more covers especially at night; Overall the Lodge is an Excellent choice for vacation. We’ll Definitely be coming back again in the near future

The lodge and grounds were so beautiful and the hosts were amazing! I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place to relax, unwind and spend time with your family. It’s also set up for hosting a large crowd, very spacious, commercial kitchen, seating inside and outside. We enjoyed sitting on the porch admiring the sunset and lake.
The house was decorated so beautifully for Christmas.

The lodge is a perfect space for a large family to stay with plenty of room for all. The property was immaculate and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and we had no issues at all with communication. It is a stunning property, and we appreciate the stay! Thank you!

Such a wonderful place!!!! Holy moly! If we had known ahead of time that it was going to be so nice I think we would have stayed longer! We will def be back! And the hostess sooooo kind and helpful! Ten out of ten!

Family

Lodge is perfect for large groups. The adults and kids enjoyed fishing , playing games and hanging out on the porch. Very relaxing.

Our four generations enjoyed our time at the lodge. The owners were quick to help us when we locked ourselves out of a bedroom. We brought kayaks, the teens and pre-teens spent most of their time on the lake. Our party of 11 had plenty of room inside and outside.

Celebration of Life for my aunt. Absolutely wonderful , peaceful and perfect to be with family. Already planning to return in November. I have stayed at Callaway Villas and other cabins on the Mountain. This is by far the best . There are no words .

Peaceful Weekend Stay

The Lodge and property were both very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The open concept of the lodge fit our family of 12 perfectly. Our main goal was to visit Calloway Gardens and this lodge is only 5 minutes away from there so very conveniently located. The owners stopped by to help us light the fireplace and were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a large group and/or anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay!

Cousin Reunion

From the time we booked it was excitement for all.Communication was no problem and they were willing to help in any way.The surrounding properties are absolutely beautiful and the sunsets were magnificent.Very clean and stocked well with supplies that were needed. We all agreed we would definitely like to come back.

We had a great time at this property! We really enjoyed spending time on the pond and walking through the horse pastures. The host was very quick to respond and help with whatever we needed. The beds were comfortable and we were able to get to Callaway Gardens quickly from here. Some minor downsides were:several roaches around, the porch had a strong mold smell, the ovens didn’t work properly, and we were charged extra money for our 7th guest, even though the property can fit many more. Overall, though, we had a great time and would stay here again!

The price is for 6 guests and any additional people are added as additional guests. We feel it is not fair to charge full price for smaller groups. Hope that explains why price changes with additional guests. The oven is a gas oven so if you need us to come adjust it we are always available to come relight it, or adjust or repair anything while guests are here. Unfortunately, in a cabin it is not sealed from the world and bugs can enter in. We clean and wipe it down before and after every guest but while you are there elements of nature on a farm are possible. But sounds like you had a great time and enjoyed your stay.

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants a restful getaway with stunning views. The owners were very responsive to our questions or to help us when issues arose (such as accidentally setting off the smoke alarm). We traveled with 3 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs, and everyone was comfortable and had plenty to do. Our kids asked if we could just live there! Go ahead and book your stay. You won't regret it.

100 % of all proceeds go to Enoch Ministries. Enoch Ministries uses the lodge and the farm to provide healing and ministry to the communities, persons who have been abused and military families. Here at the farm we offer space to board your horse while you are here and places to ride such as trails, cross country and arenas. We also offer farm tours and riding lessons. The lodge is located on the lake where you can catch and release fish and a prayer garden for hanging out and enjoying time as a family. Also available in the community is Callaway Gardens, Roosevelt State Park, Warm Springs, Antiques and local craft shopping, biking, golf, local wineries, West point lake among other local activities. This listing is for overnight rental only. Events, weddings or retreats are handled directly with us through our Big Bear Farm website.

Our family has lived here sense 1982 and we are the 3rd generation into raising Connemara ponies and Gypsy Vanners. The lodge is located in the middle of a several hundred acre farm and is very serene and peaceful place for a family to enjoy, recover and relax.
