This delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of Plantation Key welcomes you for your next holiday. Inside you will be greeted by an inviting living space and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Just down the hallway is a full bathroom alongside two bedrooms, one king and one queen. Downstairs you'll find another private queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool or choose from several places to relax as you soak up the sun. Enjoy dinner outside on the screened in veranda, take a nap on one of the hammock swings under the tiki hut or finally catch up on some light reading in one of the loungers. Bringing a boat? You're in luck as Paradise South offers 40’ of dockage with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean or bayside via Tavernier Creek (15’ clearance). Before you head out on your boat you can fuel up at the neighboring marina and stock up on ice to keep your dinner and cocktails cold.

Within a short distance from the house you will find some amazing restaurants such as Old Tavernier, which has been a local’s favorite since 1988. Enjoy brunch at Made-to-Order and indulge in waffles, pancakes, and mimosas. Swing in Mar Bar for happy hour and fresh cracked stone crab claws. Florida Keys Dive Center is right around the corner where you can become a certified scuba diver or head out for an afternoon snorkeling trip! A quick half mile drive north and you will find Tavernier Towne Plaza which has grocery shopping, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, movie theater and more!

Cancellation Policy: A one-half (50%) deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable, minus any non-refundable fees, if the reservation is cancelled at least 180 days before check-in. If the cancellation occurs within 180 days of the occupancy date, the one-half (50%) reservation deposit shall be non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which point the full reservation becomes non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the property for the same dates and rate, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the new booking.
