Some of the most important features of a beach vacation rental include comfort, access to amenities, and a convenient beach location. Newly completed and located in Dune Allen Beach on Scenic 30A, Azure 30A 2-103 checks all of these boxes! This first-floor condo is spacious and well-appointed. It has three bedrooms and two baths. With enough room to accommodate eight visitors, it is the perfect getaway for a family vacation or trip with friends.

The interior features a welcoming, open floorplan. Wooden floors, coastal wall art, and white and wicker furnishings come together to create a refreshing and modern appeal. In the living room, a cozy couch is flanked by two armchairs. The seating ensemble centers around a rug and hardwood drink table. A flatscreen TV mounted above a beachy console completes the space. This gathering spot is perfect for chatting with your fellow vacationers, playing games, or watching a movie. Wood floors extend into the dining area, where a round-topped table and four wicker chairs sit beside a coastal-inspired painting. Extra stool seating is located at the adjacent kitchen island. The kitchen includes white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and spacious counters. From this main common area, guests may use the sliding glass door to access a cozy patio that overlooks a small lagoon. The concrete patio is furnished with a table and chairs, providing a relaxed space for dining al fresco.

The primary suite has a king-size bed that faces a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. It has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and access to the furnished patio. The guest bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and wall-mounted TV. In the other guest bedroom, two twin bunks are situated perpendicular to one another, with a set of steps and handrails leading to the top bunks. The two guest bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

One of the main amenities of the Azure 30A complex is its curvy pool. The pool has water geysers and a shallow entry where young children can play. Beside the pool is a bubbling hot tub. An expansive deck with several pool chairs surrounds the pool and spa. A set of two BBQ grills provides an easy way to cook up a poolside meal, while a shaded veranda with a table, chairs, and flatscreen TV is great for outdoor dining. In addition to the pool, this complex is less than a five-minute walk from the beach. It’s a great reassurance to know that within minutes of leaving your condo, you can feel warm sand between your toes or float in emerald waves. Popular restaurants within walking distance include Stinky’s Fish Camp and Vue on 30A. Other delicious eateries can be found down the road at Gulf Place or in other picturesque 30A beach towns. As you continue to explore Dune Allen Beach and 30A, you’ll find everything from boutiques, bars, coffee shops, art galleries, live music, and fun events.
