We loved our stay the cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor firepit was great with plenty of chairs. It was a nice quiet place to relax would recommend to anyone looking to get away and unwind.

This is a very beautiful place in a beautiful location! Very easy process to check in, and great communication from the host of the property. Lots of space inside and out!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very clean on our arrival. Check- in was a breeze and the communication with the host was excellent. The area is very quiet and the location for what we wanted to do was perfect. We will definitely think about staying there again.

We really loved the feel of the rustic cabin with the beautiful views. The best part was we were able to bring our UTV and access trails directly from the cabin and spent the day out on the trails exploring the area. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic vacation

The cabin was clean, bedrooms and baths were great. The location was great for seeing elk and golf course were easy to get to.

Fantastic weekend getaway

We had a fantastic family weekend getaway at the Lodge! It was very clean, had everything you needed such as linens and kitchen appliances, and was a very secluded, quiet location while still being close to Benezette and wildlife.

Wonderful place

Very responsive hosts. Place was clean upon arrival, loved the enclosed porch and the fire pit! Perfect place for our family. We will definitely return again!

Cozy and quiet place to stay

The house was cozy and the neighbors were quiet and respectful. It was nice seeing the deer out back and across the road in the mornings and evenings.

Overnight trip

We stayed overnight and had a great time! Very clean and we really appreciated the baby gate at the top of the stairs and the box fan! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very nice house. Check in was very easy and host was quick to reply when we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the screened in back porch.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had a great time staying here. The rental was comfortable, cozy and clean. The view was amazing from the front porch. We really enjoyed our stay and we are ready to book again.

Melissa & Manny have been married since 2020 but have enjoyed traveling and exploring the great outdoors since they first met in 2015. Their travels have reached far and wide, but the PA Wilds is their annual favorite. They have always wanted a second home that they could enjoy and share with others looking for a fun, relaxing getaway.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This area is a significant one to both Melissa & Manny. Manny has been coming to this area and areas East since he was a child. After meeting Melissa, their first trip together was to this area with some friends. Later, Manny proposed to Melissa while visiting for his birthday. This house specifically was rented by them in 2019 for a winter vacation with some friends. They knew they had to have it when they saw it was for sale. The location is perfect! You can be in St. Mary's or Dubois in a few minutes to do some shopping and sightseeing, but when you're at the lodge, you still have the seclusion you desire when trying to get away.

Spring View Lodge is in the heart of the PA Wilds, home of spectacular wild landscapes and outdoor recreation. The sights seen in the pictures cannot compare to seeing the Spring View Lodge views in real life. One of the many things that make staying at Spring View Lodge unique is waking up to elk in the front and backyard of the property and even hearing them bugling during the annual mating season.
