It was a good space and location for our stay. Maybe a few updates are needed (the sofa in the sunroom comes to mind) but overall was a good value for us.

This unit was great! It was in a safe, quiet neighborhood! It was centrally located, with easy access to the freeway. The rooms were great; the beds were amazingly comfortable! Convenient washer and dryer in the unit. We would stay here again! Host was very responsive and friendly!

We have stayed here several times. We love the location. The house is nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped enough that we were able to host four friends for dinner.

Cozy home in quiet and safe neighborhood. Perfect location, close to restaurants and stores on Main Street and literally one minute from the freeway, providing quick access to anywhere in the Buffalo area. If you are a couple and both work remotely, the home has two separate work areas, allowing for simultaneous zoom calls, etc. without interfering with each other. We especially enjoyed evenings on the back porch, very private and relaxing. Good communication with host, overall a very positive experience.

Excellent Home and Location

This home is comfortable, clean, cozy and has a great location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We will stay here again when we visit family.

My family came to Buffalo to spend Christmas here and attend a Bills game. Plenty of space for 6, great kitchen (fully equipped) in a very nice neighborhood.

Perfect location

We were in visiting family, we are orignally from here, and the location was perfect, easy access to everything we wanted. The house was well stocked and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was a great location. The property was lovely, very clean, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. It was clear a lot of thought went into the details, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The owners were great to work with—communication was quick, clear, and helpful throughout. We would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it to others!

Excellent Home For Our Annual Bills Weekend

This was the perfect place for our annual Bills weekend! The home was well stocked with everything we needed including K Cups for coffee! The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Wonderful

We had such an amazing stay. Great location to Niagara Falls and the Stadium. The extra toiletries were appreciated too. Beds were comfortable and the home easily accommodated our family of 5. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Buffalo location

This is an excellent location, with all the cooking implements we needed. The house is old with quirks, which isn't a problem after you discover them.

Nice suburban neighborhood

A nice, quiet suburban location, which was perfect for us while visiting family and friends. The house is thoughtfully furnished. We have stayed in many VRBOs. The quality of the furnishings was among the best.

House in Amherst

Everything was wonderful! House was clean and had everything in it we needed! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you need! Neighborhood was quiet and very nice! Nice backyard for kids to run around!

Excellent Stay!! Cozy, very nice home in a nice neighborhood!

The home was an excellent base camp for our family to explore the Falls area. The owners really did a nice job in making the place feel like a home away from home. Clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. Our family was very happy here such that I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that is quiet, well kept and makes you feel like you are at home or a relatives. Highly recommended and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Well done owners!!

The location is super convenient. The house was clean and extra amenities were provided. The futons in the basement were not comfortable, but the extra bathroom in the basement was good.
