This spacious lower unit features three comfortable bedrooms & a warm inviting atmosphere perfect for families, groups, business travelers, and extended stays. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning. Ceiling fans located in all three bedrooms kitchen and dining room. One bedroom features an adjustable bed that allows you to raise and lower the head for added comfort while reading, relaxing. Kitchen is stocked with the cookware, dishes, utensils, and essentials needed for everything from quick meals to family dinners. Guests also enjoy fresh linens, towels, starter supplies, ample storage space, and thoughtful extras designed to make travel easier. A cot is available upon request. Relax on the welcoming front porch featuring seating, a citronella candle, and a lighter for your outdoor enjoyment. Located on a beautiful, quiet street we offer a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality for your stay.

First of all, I’m gonna say this place was outstanding. The pictures are beautiful however it does not really do the place justice. It’s very roomy and spotless. The host is awesome. Ms. Althea communicated perfectly, especially when we needed little things like suggestions on places in the surrounding area. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The area is very nice. It’s right next to a police station which brings an added level of comfort wherever you’re staying. The neighborhood was quiet. It was just perfect. I will book this place again if I’m back into town. Just minutes away from everything. Very convenient.

A charming VRBO in Kenmore, New York. The apartment is clean, and the beds were comfortable. The space clearly reflects its early 1900s origins, with smaller rooms, no central air (there was adequate AC), modest lighting, towels that have seen better days, and a very small but functional single bathroom.A Keurig in place of the small coffee pot and a larger TV would be welcome upgrades. There were also an excessive number of plug-in air fresheners throughout, which created an unusual scent that shifted from room to room.Parking was adequate, and the location is conveniently close to the I-290 thruway. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent.

The apartment was amazing! Clean, decorated so nicely. It truly was perfect and we will go back. The location is great 10 minutes from university at Buffalo. Kenmore has a ton of hidden gem restaurants. Thank you!

It gives you the best of both worlds: a neighborhood that feels like home with plenty to explore nearby.
