This is a guest suite that was converted to a private getaway. We RELOCATED the entrance coming from the rear access for privacy. Guest will have their own entrance and parking with a keypad entrance to the guest suite. As you enter you will see our Custom Rustic queen bed with 4 dresser drawers. There are two separate closets with sliding barn doors. As you approach the living room you will see 2 twin beds surrounded by a modern open floor plan. Beautiful open kitchen with granite island tiled backsplash and all your kitchen needs along with a self-service Custom Rustic coffee station. Moving to the bathroom you will have a walk-in tiled shower with plenty of room and an awesome showerhead. Need to do laundry? Our Machines are cleverly tucked away within the bathroom but out of sight. So grab some coffee and lounge around maybe outside on the patio? Please come see this cool layout for yourself You will Love it!!!!! Oh, I forgot to mention really fast wifi - 345 Mbps!!!

Perfect spot

This was perfect for our needs- 2 night stay. Close to Lackland and many food places. Clean and owners quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again!

There’s simply not enough space in this review to describe how delighted we were with Mike and Raquel and their place. It was THE PERFECT getaway for two with close proximity to just about everything. They were both incredibly responsive to questions and their place was flawless. Don’t let the size of the place fool you.. it has everything you could possibly need!Thank you both once again and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful!

I was in town for a charity bicycle ride and did not want to stay in a hotel. This vacation rental was wonderful. Clean, very comfortable, everything you could need. Even decorated for Christmas! Would highly recommend it!

Great stay!

My huband and I travelled to San Antonio for our daughters BMT graduation, this was a wonderful spot to stay. It was quiet, and in a great location. 10 mins from base. The hosts were fabulous! We got lost late Tuesday evening and they helped us find our way. 10/10 would reccomend!

I rented from Vrbo

The owners were exceptional in converting a garage into a habitable space. It was indeed great. However, Vrbo should have checked whether the place met codes. NO CO, CO2 SENSORS. Did not meet fire safely codes ..... Access to the property is through a 7 foot wide gravel lane. No fire engine or, perhaps ambulance

I traveled with my wife and two daughters and stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival to the neighborhood I was a bit scared about how the property would look due to the neighborhood being a bit rundown. However, my perspective changed once I saw the property. The owners built a small home behind their original home and it was well maintained and well decorated from the outside. Eventually I put my code in, went in and saw that the place was in pristine condition. It was extra clean, just the right size and had everything we needed. We felt safe and we couldn’t hear anything from the outside due to it getting made from brick. The property itself was 15 minutes from the city and other main attractions. We did almost everything San Antonio had to offer and came back to a great spot. In all honesty, If you can get over how the neighborhood looks, you’ll have a great time. 5 out 5 stay. Thank you for having us.

Perfect for BMT graduation

This cottage was clean and very welcoming. Every necessity you could need was provided. Air conditioning worked great. Would recommend for a party of 3 or less. Perfect location to get to and from the base.

Perfect for visiting the military base

We arrived after midnight in a strange town, but we followed the owners directions and we knew we were home when we pulled into the well lit, colorfully decorated entrance. The house met all our needs for a place to sleep while we visited our son and grandkids who live at Lackland. A short, safe drive. The bed was comfy and the coffee maker and wifi worked great! The small space was efficient and beautifully decorated. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. It was perfect for us.

Air Force Graduation

This was our first time booking a VRBO property and we didn’t know what to expect. Upon arrival 10PM the entrance was well lit and decorated with a St. Patrick’s day theme. The key pad to enter was simple to use and once inside we were welcomed with a perfectly clean home and more St. Patrick’s Day decor. I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks again guys!

Just What We Needed

My partner and I were extremely pleased with our stay in San Antonio, in large part due to this comfy little gem. When we arrived, we felt well-accommodated. I knew if i needed anything, I could reach out, and the owners would answer promptly. The location was a small drive to the riverwalk, but when we actually got on the highway, it was literally almost two exits and we were there. The location is quaint, cozy, and just perfect for two people. I’m so glad that we got to enjoy San Antonio without the stress of trying to find the perfect place. With this listing, it was booked, and everything else was taken care of. That made it much easier to relax.

We stayed here when our son graduated from Air Force BMT. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating and the property was perfect for the two of us. San Antonio Riverwalk was a really nice area to visit. We enjoyed our stay!

Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and caring, the even brought an extra space heater when there was a surprise cold front. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed.
