Great stay!

We had a wonderful vacation. We especially loved to location as well as the access to the embassy suites pool and slides. We will definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Grandparents , Aunt , Mom , Dad, and 3 children…. Was an amazing stay, clean place , fantasy view, great amenities…. Plan on coming back!

Overall good location and place, clean and neat floors with ocean and pool views.Old furniture and carpets, not kid friendly as there is lot of dust or hair stuck, we requested for a 2 hr late check out, but bluntly refused, price was also too high for the place.

A wonderful stay!

Our condo was beautiful and clean. The entire property was stunning with tropical plants and palm trees everywhere. We especially enjoyed our morning walks on the pathway that is situated along the beach. Communication was wonderful and texts were answered instantly. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

Love This Property

Everything was just as described. The new pool and brewery are open and very nice. Just be aware that even though its called a brewery, they make no beer, its basically just a fancy bar. This is an awesome property, we will be back again.

Spacious condo!

This place was perfect for our multi family vacation. This condo is very spacious. The laundry room was a huge plus as it was perfect for storing all the beach things and cleaning off before entering the main space. The balcony with beach view was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The Currents waterpark was a favorite for the kids as well as taking scooter rides around the property. I would highly recommend this rental property to everyone!

Great stay

Property was fantastic. Only problem causing us an issue was not having a sleeper sofa as listed on description and welcome package on foyer table. We had 8 family members but need the fifth bed. Other than that a great time was had by all.

Beautiful property. Could use more lamps. At least 1 bed needs replacing. HVAC struggled to keep the place cool. It never stopped running. We had a great time at a beautiful location..

NO TV, NO WIFI, NO NEWS, NO SEARCHING PLACES TO HAVE FUN

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start with the negatives. The most significant issue was the complete lack of reliable internet. This meant no TV, no news, no social media, and no way to search for local activities or make reservations. The Wi-Fi would only work for about two minutes before dropping for five, which seems to be a recurring problem here (look at other reviews). Additionally, my Verizon service was constantly in SOS mode, making it impossible to rely on my phone.The air conditioner was loud. Also, be aware that there are no bedrooms with two beds, and you have to walk about a quarter-mile for coffee. (room has coffee maker, drip and Keurig) Most other amenities offered require a drive to reach.On the positive side, everything else was very nice. The building is clean, the elevators are fast, and the pool is excellent. We loved the easy access to both the beach and the pier. Inside the unit, the kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cups, and dishes, which made cooking easy. The room, balcony and bathrooms were very large. I been going to myrtle beach every year for 30 years (my normal location is being updated) this was by far the largest, nicest room.

Hi Vincent, I am so glad to hear that you liked the condo and enjoyed the spaciousness of it, it is a great location!! And yes, each room has one bed for maximum privacy!! We are reaching out to Spectrum to find a long-term solution for the internet. I'm sorry that the fixes we tried did not last your whole stay. The TVs all have cable boxes, so I wish I'd know you were having trouble with the TVs too, that we could have remedied!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, I want to say that we really did enjoy our vacation at the Kingston Plantation. However, there were some frustrations. One: upon arrival, I could not immediately locate the towels, so I called one of the agents. She described that they would be located under the sinks. So, I went to each bathroom and noticed each one had two towels. The problem is that we had 8 people with 6 towels. Agent said, no problem, we will get you more. This was on Saturday. In the meantime, my daughter happened to bring a bunch, so we were set and let it go. Two, by Tuesday, we still never did get more towels and were running out of toilet paper and dishwasher soap. So, I called another one of the agents, on our paper, to let them know, we still needed more towels and now also toilet paper, dishwasher soap and had light bulbs burned out. None were brought and no call back. On Wednesday, I tried calling housekeeping several times on the house phone, it was forwarded to room service that had a voicemail. No response from them either. I finally dialed "0" and got a very kind gentleman that put an order in with housekeeping. Finally, I got towels, TP and dishwasher soap. Not once, did we see housekeeping. Last time we stayed we had housekeeping several times for a quick vacuum, fresh towels and freshened up restrooms and were available to get supplies each day. I was in the understanding that it should have been like that this time too. NO WHERE did it say anything to the contrary and there was no instructions on how to easily get supplies when needed. I was very disappointed and frustrated. When you pay 7K to stay some where there are some minimal expectations of care. We got none. The condo itself was nice. Clean and well equipped minus the towel issue and the beds were ridiculously soft. Not sure if they were cheap mattresses or someone thought ultra soft ones were a good idea. Any time either of us moved, it felt like we would get catapulted off our side of the bed.

Housekeeping service is provided after departure only, and a departure cleaning fee is disclosed prior to arrival and listed on the reservation folio. Additionally, we provide a starter supply of items such as toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, with replenishment being the guest's responsibility during the stay. These details are outlined in our pre-arrival communications and rental agreement. We appreciate your comments regarding communication and mattress comfort, as guest feedback helps us identify opportunities for improvement. Good location

The condo was a good fit for my family. For anyone looking to stay the fourth bedroom does have a closet but no windows and is across the family room from the bath. When leaving be sure to pull the door very hard as it does not close easily. Also I am not sure if it is standard or a housekeeping error but there were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and use of the currents pool area.

What a Property!!

This unit is spacious and well appointed. It has almost everything you need to make it your home away from home. The fourth bedroom was the clincher. We had a foursome for golf and it was much, much better than the 3 bedroom units we had been staying in. A short Uber ride to Ocean Annie’s was less tha $10. A wide wraparound porch provided a great “cool down” space. Or you could set on it in the mornings with your cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. I highly recommend this unit and I haven’t even mentioned the interior is very new and clean. The check-in process was touch less and very simple too.

Located on second floor never once had to wait long for elevator place was exceptionally clean all over! Everything worked fine and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Me my wife and Mother and Father in Law and Son all enjoyed our little get away! Thanks to this place it was a million times better than what we had hoped for! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As vacation rentals go, the old idiom is true..."You get what you pay for". We have vacationed many times in Myrtle Beach in the past. We were the ones looking for the best value by renting lower priced properties in the higher congested areas. That's ok if that meets your needs. Myrtle Beach is a good bet no matter where you stay. But we must truly say that staying at Kingston Resorts Margate Towers, was one of the best vacations EVER! My wife loves the quality and attention to detail that Kingston Resorts displays on their properties. The staff and personnel are very friendly and accommodating. In short, do consider booking with Kingston resorts. Courtney, Rachelle and others make the booking and scheduling experience pleasant and timely. You will not be disappointed.
