The home was very clean and functional and included everything we needed. It is in a very quiet area but still close to local attractions and shops. The home is spacious and open with beautiful views. The host communicated effectively and timely with us before, during, and after our stay to ensure our needs were met. The check in and out processes were seamless. The hot tub was an added perk and felt great after a few long days of hiking. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area. We would stay here again if we return. We were here from Ohio for a family wedding and were extremely pleased and happy with our choice.

The communication from the host was excellent! We didn’t get to spend much time at the house, but when we did it was cozy. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The ice machine in the fridge and water filter was an added bonus for filling up our water bottles for a long day out! The beds were cozy! Great spot for families!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was easy to navigate and close enough to the lake but off the beaten path and quiet. Would recommend

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property! The cabin vibe was exactly what we were looking for—cozy, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The layout was perfect for our group, providing plenty of space to relax after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was super convenient to the nearby beach and and trails. The host was also extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lake Tahoe Getaway

Was a great property, FYI, the bear warnings are real, one walked through the yard while we were there! Great stay, highly recommend the property.

Great Stay

The property was exactly as listed. The home was equipped with everything needed. The beds were super comfy and the neighborhood quiet. The home is in a great location. We were a couple minutes away from Kings Beach and about 30 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Stay at this Incline Retreat

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home had wonderful amenities- to the fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for family meals, the hot tub was a much needed reprieve from a days worth in the snow, the gas fireplace was beautiful to watch and perfect for heating the main floor, the rooms were cozy and the beds were amazingly comfortable, Scott was very responsive and always available for questions or concerns. All in all, another memorable Tahoe trip at a beautiful Tahoe property.

Love this property

We had a wonderful time and the hosts were really responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend w/o reservation. Those considering the house should note the 4th bedroom is more of a flex space than a true bedroom (no bathroom or closet) and was much colder than the rest of the house. Valuable space nonetheless.

Wedding homebase

Super large property, we picked it based on the number of extra spaces available. our daughter got married in Incline Village and we wanted a space big enough for her and her 3 bridesmaids to get ready at morning of her event, we also had my in-laws and sister in law staying with us which made the space great to accommodate all of us. The challenges where the parking. The neighbors do not like anyone parking on the street and will reach out to the property manager (who is amazing). We had people coming and going and weren’t partying or anything like that but we did exceed the number of cars allowed and the second we did the neighbors called the property manager. So word of advice don’t have extra cars even if it’s for a short periods of time you have to respect the neighbors. The owner of the house should update some things like screens bc it did get hot and the screens had giant holes and rips in them and you couldn’t really keep them open bc moths and bugs would fly into the rooms. The kitchen was super stocked with everything you needed, we were able to have full on dinners. We loved the place it was very comfortable to all of us and a great wedding homebase for our entire family who came in from all over the US.
