We visit Lake Tahoe every year since the 1970’s. Helen’s unit is truly one of the very best we have ever stayed in. So well equipped, there’s a nice pool if you don’t want to go to the beach. I only wish it could sleep more people so I could invite more family !!! We would love to return.

Thank you for your visit. We love having you and your family stay at our townhome and sincerely hope you return again next year. You are amazing and caring guests. I also wish we could change our occupancy limit but it is decided by Washoe County as a condition of our permit to operate the rental. The number of occupants is based on parking and our one-car garage. Maybe it will change one of these days ...

This is THE place to go! Clean, quiet, amazingly appointed, close to everything. Helen has outdone the rest with her thoughtful choice of amenities, one lacks for not a thing. The kitchen is better equipped than most homes. The primary suite with fireplace and soaker tub is extraordinary. This one you cannot miss!

Perfect place to stay in Incline Village! This was our second time renting Helen's townhouse and this time we stayed for the entire month of July. The location in Incline can't be beat -- walk to Raley's and local restaurants, convenient base for hiking, biking, pickleball and the lake. The house is immaculate, beautifully updated and stocked with everything you need. Helen is such a gracious host and made our stay so comfortable and seamless. We will definitely be back!

The house is very warm and welcoming, my family and I had an amazing stay. The kitchen was well supplied and the proximity to a grocery store was very convenient.

Townhome was very attractive, spacious, and well-equipped. Location was outstanding and our host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Nothing but praise for this rental townhome. The location is great and the home is very comfortable with attention to the details of convenience from spices, to appliances to shampoo/conditioner. Great for families.

Wonderful stay! The townhouse was sparkling clean, well-stocked and perfect for four people. Plenty of space, beautifully updated kitchen and conveniently located to everything in Incline Village. Helen was so gracious and helpful throughout our stay…thank you! We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked again for next summer!

Helen was so easy to communicate with, had many recommendations for all things printed out ahead of time and the home was well equipped with anything a family would need to enjoy their stay in Lake Tahoe. We’d highly recommend booking this unit given the host, location, amenity nearby and cleanliness.

Excellent Vacation Rental

Our stay was one of the best we’ve had in Lake Tahoe. The location is very convenient to Mt Rose and Diamond Peak. The accommodations were top notch with attention to many details. Helen was very hospitable and very communicative.

Had an amazing stay!!

The house exceeded our expectations. Well maintained, properly cleaned and a well-stocked kitchen. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect winter getaway

This home has everything you need: clean and fully equipped kitchen, grocery store around the corner, place to play with the snow by the creek (if you don't want to drive).

The place to stay!

Amazing location in Incline Village—walking distance to the general store, Tesla Superchargers, and great restaurants. The house was spotless and super comfortable, with thoughtful touches like welcome baskets in each room. Our girls absolutely loved it! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. Top-notch stay all around—we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation

We loved our stay at Incline Village! The home was immaculate and provided everything we could want and more. Our host provided detailed instructions for everything, answered all of our questions quickly and ensured we had all of the information we needed to enjoy our stay!
