Great Location

We had family over and decided to do a "staycation" in celebration of my son going to college. The host was amazing, always responsive to our questions. The home was beautiful and perfect for us. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful view

The view can’t be beat. The location is close to everything.. Target, Publix, ice cream, restaurants, beach. Property manager was very responsive and checked on us frequently to see how our stay was going. Heated pool and spa were great. Our kids enjoyed walking the street to see the burrowing owls.

Two months in Cape Coral

Beautiful location. Needs work mainly pool area. Rent was rather expensive for condition of pool and Lanai and age of house.

Great pool house

Great pool house to spend time with family. Only complaint was that house was not cleaned upon arrival. Cleaning crew was busy at another residences (due to heavy spring break travels). On check out day cleaning crew arrived at 9:30AM to clean house, check out was at 11:00AM. Felt a bit rushed to leave.

A great house on Eight Lakes

We had a very enjoyable time. Overall the house was in great shape. Beds we used were comfy. With 4 bedrooms it slept more folks than we had. Pool & hot tub were wonderful. Garage needed cleaning out (Old furniture and moldy cushions needed to be thrown away). Diana, our contact person, was OUTSTANDING and very responsive to any issues we had. Thanks for a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation!

WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The property was absolutely gorgeous, the home was furnished with everything we needed & more- including water activities & accessories!, the pool area was wonderful, & communication w/ property owner was outstanding! We will be staying here again & I 110% definitely recommend that YOU look into vacationing at this home as well. We are beyond happy with our choice to spend time here. Thank You For All Of Our Fun New Memories!!

Nice home with beautiful view

We booked this home over xmas break for 4 adults and 4 boys 11,12,15 and 18. *The home was clean with more than enough room. *Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. Large island/breakfast bar, dining table large enough to seat everyone. *Smart tvs in every room. *The heated pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of towels for bath AND pool. *One room we really liked was a separate sitting/tv room in front of home where the kids were able to hook up their games and not take over the living room tv. Almost like 5 bedrooms. The boys went back and forth from pool to gaming room. *There is nice outdoor kitchen on patio. The small fridge kept our drinks very cold. Nice large patio table and covered sitting area. We did have issue with pool light not switching on last 2 days which did not effect us that much at that point. Notified Diana so she cud arrange it to be looked at. *It backs to Eight Lakes so there is a nice view. The dock area is a bit worn but fine area to grill and sit. I would reccommend owners place some solar lighting along the inside sidewalk and dock as it was dark if you access it in evening which we did most nights. There was a light post but cud not find a switch. *The garage is set up with a ping pong table and anything you may need for your stay, but is not usable if you require garage parking. Didnt bother us. *The manager, Diana, was very responsive the few times i contacted her. Overall, great price for home and we enjoyed it.

Great outside area.

We loved the outside area and pool. We found a volley ball net for the pool and had lots of fun playing volleyball. The house worked perfect for us. The view from two poolside bedrooms in the morning was amazing. The pool deck needs some work, it didn’t drain well.

Awesome home

The home was awesome the owner was great. We had a few problems with appliances in home, clothes iron didn’t work, blender and coffee machine inoperative, frying pans worn out for cooking. Owner took care of problems right away and advised us she was not aware of problems previously, supplying the new items that were inoperative in the same day within hours. That was great. The Scenery was great overlooking the lake, the pool and hot tub were spectacular. The whole home was very clean and sanitized I would definitely stay at this home again You cannot go wrong.
