The Space:
Welcome to our thoughtfully renovated historic home that seamlessly blends the charm of the past with modern comforts. As you explore the interior, you may encounter a few intriguing oddities that presented unique challenges during the design process.

One intriguing feature is a sealed door in the main bedroom that leads to the upper flat's entrance. Although fully locked and non-functional as an exit, it retains its originality as an emergency exit. Rest assured, you have full control over this door, and we kindly request that you refrain from using it in case of an emergency.

Additionally, the most distinctive characteristic of this home lies in its gently undulating floors. While not immediately noticeable in every room, a subtle wave-like pattern has emerged over time, adding a touch of character that reflects the home's aging beauty.

Despite these charming quirks, we have prioritized creating a comfortable living space for your extended stay. Whether you're here for a week or a month, our aim is for you to thoroughly enjoy your time in this unique abode.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.

Welcome to our vibrant neighborhood, nestled amidst two bustling thoroughfares that efficiently guide the city's traffic flow. Thanks to our strategic location, you can easily reach any destination swiftly, often bypassing downtown congestion.

A noteworthy highlight is our proximity to a Sobeys grocery store, a mere 3-minute walk away. This convenience is further complemented by the presence of an NSLC and Shoppers nearby, allowing you to fulfill most of your needs without relying on a car. Embrace the freedom of convenience as you enjoy a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle, surrounded by an array of amenities that cater to your every requirement.

Getting Around:
You will be in a very central spot and have the luxury of choice from walk/bike/bus/drive.

Turndown Service Available ($45/hr)

Indulge in a technology-free retreat as this cozy haven offers a break from cable TV distractions. Embrace the gentle breeze provided by the ceiling fan, creating a soothing atmosphere throughout your stay.

There is portable AC, and the natural ventilation and refreshing airflow will ensure a comfortable experience.

PARKING:
- The monthly parking rate is $100.
- Once the rate expires after 1 month the guest can extend it for another month.
- Alternatively, the guest can purchase daily parking for $10.

Only one pet is allowed per stay.
The second pet is only upon request before a reservation.
Pet is limited up to 50 pounds.
Pet fee - $50 per stay/per pet.

We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE:
● Salt and pepper
● 2x toilet paper
● 1 paper towel
● 2 bath towels
● 2 washer pods, 2 dryer sheets (if unit has washer/dryer)
● 2 tide pods (if unit has dishwasher)
If you require more than we have provided you are required to purchase extras yourself.

Good spot

WELL EQUIPED, for me salt and pepper is a minimum and there was none in the apartment. Also coffe for the first morning ( missing) we always appreciate on a trip. Overall we appreciated the location and the easy access to the apartment. It was well equiped and clean.
