We love staying at this beautiful, historic home. Inside and outside have beautiful, comfortable areas to relax and enjoy each other’s company. And the host left us a delicious dessert too! Thank you!

We loved staying at this home. The house is comfortable, clean and the perfect size for our weekend stay for our 40th year Cortland State reunion, and we loved the location and walkability to the shops in Homer. We loved hanging out outside, even though we had quite a bit of rain that weekend. Karen let us have access to the house a little early, which was very helpful because we had some folks flying in earlier. We are already planning out next trip back and everyone is saying their goal would be to stay here again. Thank you!

We love this property! The house is beautiful. The location is great. We needed to be near Suny Cortland for our son's graduation which we were. We also liked that there are stores and Dasher's Pub right down the street. The host had every comfort of home ready for us. The house was a nice place to celebrate the graduation. We are very happy we chose to stay there. We highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

Empire State senior games

We only stayed one night but it was great for us! Close to Cortland where we needed to go. House is beautiful and historical. Nice outside areas.

Close to SUNY Cortland. We stayed with friends for field hockey game and had a fabulous time. Our new favorite place to stay!

house was perfect for our 80th bday celebration for my mom. plenty of space to invite friends to join and have dinner . cute little village with stores and restaurants walking distance from the home.

This is a Historic Gem located in the heart of the village of Homer! The VRBO is spacious, has a well equipped Kitchen and we loved the outdoor patio with firepit and grill. The furnishings were complementary to the era of the house and at the same time super comfortable. We will be back!!!

Quintessential New York Charmer

What a wonderful property! We were in town from out of state for a college family weekend and absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. Our children were able to stay with us as there are 6 gorgeous bedrooms and we walked in to downtown Homer (adorable town!) for breakfast, and shopping with ease. The common spaces were decorated beautifully and we loved having a kitchen and dining space! The owner is super responsive and our stay was perfect! We can’t wait to stay again!

Weekend getaway!

This house was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts could not have been more gracious. The pictures truly do not do this home justice. It was the perfect place for a quiet staycation. We had 6 adults and 4 children, there was more than enough space. We were sad to leave, and would highly recommend!

Wonderful Place!

The house was simply wonderful and perfect for our family group celebrating a graduation. The size, amenities, and overall bright and cheery feel of the place made the 40 minute drive worth it. We loved the two living rooms - the young kids hung out in one while the older folks settled in the other. Great, large dining table allowed us all to enjoy dinners as a group. Definitely hope to stay here again. Thank Karen!

Amazing!!!

The home was absolutely beautifull ! It was actually nicer than the pictures. The home owner was amazing, she knew we were celebrating a birthday, so they made us a chocolate and peanut butter birthday cake as well as lemon blueberry scones for breakfast. They completely spoiled us. I rent VRBO often and this was the nicest, friendliest, cleanest home I've ever been too. We will definitely stay again!

Best Ever!

All 9 of us and our visitors were enthralled by the spaciousness and decor of the house. We were greeted by a lovely assortment of goodies and a grand piano and Christmas tree! We all had a wonderful holiday. Karen was super responsive to my way-too-many questions.
