Great location to where we needed to be

House was clean and comfortable for us to stay while we were in town. I needed to extend my trip and the communication and process was quick and easy.

Business lodging

Stayed here about 9 weeks. Lovely property and the host is so easy to work with. I will save as a favorite for when I have to return.

Great location

Home was spacious with a nice back yard. Host was very responsive. There was a great park with walking trails less than a 5 minute walk.

Nice home in a great area

Myself and a few friends were in town for a couple days to attend an event at Road Atlanta. Its not too far away, roughly 25 minutes and there is plenty of food options in the area. House was clean and communication was very good with the owner.

Our stay in Sugar Hill, GA

We loved having all the rooms to move around. It was so nice to use the garage to park our car inside. It’s a perfect location to anything you would need.

Family Getaway

Great experience & highly recommended. House was clean & equiped with everything you need. Location is perfect. 10 min ride to shops, restaurants, and activities for all ages near the Mall Of Georgia.

House tental

House was very nice and a great size. Very clean and necessary supplies were there. Huge backyard and a nice deck to sit on. Would recommend this house for a stay.

Temporary work housing

Yard needs a good cleaning and the grass is allowed to get tall before it gets cut, but otherwise this is a nice and comfortable property. Easy access to Mall of GA area and very safe and quiet.

Beautiful Home

The home was very warm and welcoming. The owners were very attentive and gave us plenty of information about the area. Communication is always key and they more than met our expectations. I would definitely recommend staying at this home and I hope to visit again.

Excellent Stay

It was very welcoming as soon as you enter the front door. Felt like home ! It was exactly how the listing described everything. The host was very fast and friendly with replying to my messages. I highly recommend staying there and hope to revisit again soon!

The only positive thing I can say about this property was that when one of the tv’s went down the Host replaced it quickly. We stayed at this property a month and the entire time the backyard was not cut once, and the area had some rain. The grass was almost knee high when we checked out. Deck boards are rotted out exposing nails, which is a real hazard. The kitchen is inadequately equipped as well as there being no gas grill available. Two of the three bathrooms had no toilet paper holders. The living room furniture is inadequate and extremely uncomfortable. It appears the Owner furnished the house from a Goodwill store. I could list more but I won’t. I do not recommend this property.

Had you notified us, we would have been more than happy to address them right away. ​We would like to clarify a few points regarding your review: ​The Backyard & Deck: We take safety very seriously. Our landscaping team attempted to mow the lawn on multiple occasions; however, your vehicle was frequently parked blocking the backyard gate, preventing them from gaining access. ​The Kitchen & Grill: Our kitchen is fully stocked to standard short-term rental specifications. Regarding the gas grill, our listing details note that a grill is not standard but can absolutely be provided upon request for an additional fee. Your pets made some stains in our property and we didn't even add any extra charge for that to avoid any future friction. ​We always aim to provide a fair and comfortable experience, which is why we previously accommodated your stay with a substantial discount of nearly 50% off our standard rates. ​We wish you the best in your future travels. ​Best regards,

Business trip

House was perfect for 3 adults. We were in town for a project and needed a space all 3 of us could collaborate and work, while having privacy of a bedroom. Worked out great.

Extended stay close to home

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks while work was done at our home. This is a great location to continue to work and live. Close to Mall of GA and all the activities and restaurants surrounding the mall. Easy quick access to interstate. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with a lot of yard space. Plenty of space to spread out inside. Would recommend to other locals with family visiting that needed a place to stay!

Cute place in Lawerenceville

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the property. All the amenities you need, large fenced in backyard, nice neighborhood, comfortable beds with extra bedding. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to, close to highway but far enough away that you did not have to deal with traffic. Home owner was easy to communicate with, when needed. No issues with bugs, like mentioned in previous post. Home was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Property!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. My husband and I had the king bedroom. The bed, sheets and pillows were extremely comfortable. I even asked the owner about brands. It is a very spacious house on a big lot in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The owner was very hospitable too! ❤️❤️❤️

Not accurate listing at all! There were roaches in the garage, fire ants in the backyard, the fence was falling apart, and every vent in the house was covered in dust!

Guest completely refuse any intentions to fix any "issues she supposedly found". Found out all her arguments were exaggeration or a lie. Long story short...Guest found excuses in a wrong way to exit a contract without paying penalties for breaking a contract which she signed for.

Convenient Location with Some Surprises

This 3 BR, 2.5 BA house was nice and conveniently located for our purposes. Unfortunately, there was only one TV, 3 towels, and no washcloths. We were greeted by at least 2 very large roaches when we arrived. The host said they would call pest control soon, but that didn't help us during our stay.

For the insects issue it was recommended to get the house sprayed in the outside and inside, and for safety reasons we decided to do it when no one is at the house. So Relaxing and Peaceful

We rented this home for two weeks June 1st-11th, 2023 and enjoyed every minute . The Owner was accommodating and responded in a timely manner . Check in and out was a piece of cake . My family and friends didn’t want to leave the property. They even enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the bird chirp. The house was spacious, comfortable beds and relaxing bathrooms . The house was easy to find , close to attractions, shops and was located in a quite family friendly neighborhood. We will for sure stay here again . Thank you 😊 The price was great for everything we experienced during our stay.

Nice area. Cute decorations on the inside of the house. Big back yard

Need more televisions in the house. There is not enough seating in the living room area. There is no microwave. Nees to provide more towels. There is no heat in the basement. The owners responded immediately when we called. Still a nice house. Just needs a few touches to make it perfect.

We have already addressed the temperature difference in the lower level adding a smart air system that will direct the air flow and obtain the desired temperature. Also a new microwave has already been placed in the kitchen and we will have some extra foldable chairs in the storage closet for additional guests when needed. We will keep improving and doing our best the make our guests feel like home. God bless!
