Nice for a family gathering

The house has a nice layout with a great backyard. Close to everything. Owner is nice and responsive.

Lavender Lane Stay

Our stay here was great. The kitchen is stocked well and the beds are comfy. Could have been a little cleaner. The floors seemed kind of dusty but other than that the place was clean.

Well decorated, comfortable, spacious

I was very impressed. Very clean, plenty of room. We felt no need to leave the vrbo and just hung out there for a couple days.

Excellent for our weekend stay

We stayed for two nights for a family wedding. James was a wonderful host and the property was clean, well kept and the young adults enjoyed the wide variety of movies. Would highly recommend this property.

Family gathering

The house was perfect for our group. The location, cleanliness, comfy living room and beds. The weather was under 100! Pool table and pet friendly a bonus. James quickly responded to all of my communication. Extremely pleased, will definitely stay here again.

Great Location & Perfect for family

Received great feedback from friends who visited Arizona. They are now family. They talked about how they enjoyed the house and how perfect it was to rest before the new school year. This family had a busy Summer. Highly recommend this home!

Great Stay

This is the cleanest house I’ve stayed at in 6+ years. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located. The house is within a few miles of Target, many great restaurants and a movie theater. Check in and out was very easy as well. You won’t go wrong staying at this property!

Great location, nice vibe

Everything was as described. This home is very well equipped to cook up some nice dinners. Location is great close to shopping etc. we thoroughly enjoyed the Troon Foothills course, a short drive from the property. We also walked the trails at the South Mountain Park with our pooch, lovely trails.

Visiting Grandkids!

The property was wonderful. Very clean with plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, and games for entertainment. Perfect location for shopping and restaurants. Price was perfect. I will differently stay here again. I love this place it's close to my son's family.

Very good

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and grocery shopping! Bunk beds are pretty squeaky, noisy so if you or your kids are light sleepers might want to switch out for king bed! Bathrooms are small but decent. Cleanliness of property was average, we found old water bottles and linens washed with floor mats! Needless to say we didnt use that.

Wonderful stay for my Family

My family was in town for a local wedding. The property was the perfect location for all of the planned events. The house was clean and supplied all of the key necessities. We were comfortable and had a great time! James always responded quickly, but luckily we only had positive experiences.
