Remodeled 3BR/2BA house in Central Phoenix with a backyard

House was completely remodeled in 2020 and includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bath on one side of the house and a master suite with king bed and full bath on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything (and maybe more) you will need. Open floor plan and a large backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Central Phoenix and conveniently located right off SR 51.

PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2.

PLEASE NOTE - There is a small guest house behind the house under a separate listing ( Listing ID=2305527). The back patio, backyard and laundry room are shared spaces with the guests staying in the guest house. The laundry room is located off the back of the main house with full-size washer & dryer. Laundry detergent is provided as well as a vacuum, mops and other cleaning supplies if you need them.

Nice weekend stay

Great home. Convenient Location

Nice finishes, looks to be newly renovated, convenient and would definitely consider next year when I’m back in Phoenix. Only, downside is I would like to have had cable.

Fun meetup with Family

We met up with my sisters to attend the Elton John concert at Chase Field and this was a perfect location for us. Quiet neighborhood, shared space with the Casita was never an issue and house was very clean and had all the necessary accommodations. We really enjoyed ourselves and 6 of us were very comfortable in the space. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend this rental!

Lovely rental

My husband and I rented this property for a month. It was exactly as the photos showed. Very well equipped and comfortable. The owner, Brian, responded to contact almost immediately and was very helpful. Totally recommend this.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay because it was close to friends and spring training and the airport. House was clean and welcoming and my daughter enjoyed the outdoor space.

Great location with reasonable prices

Location is just a few minutes from everything central to downtown. Clean well maintained property. Wish there were more glasses and sizes. Plenty of other dishes. Thank you!

A very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need and more.

When I first stumbled upon this home, it seemed almost too good to be true - there must be a catch ! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Brian, is also the most thoughtful, gracious host you can come across. 100/10 would recommend!
