Ruined our vacation

This place is anything but “luxury”. It was dirty with broken and worn out furniture and home finishes everywhere. The pictures make is seem very nice…it is not. We had roaches, mouse droppings and a leaky ceiling directly above our bed. It’s also in a sketchy neighborhood. We had to relocate part of our group due to a broken bed and ultimately cancelled our remaining days once we found the leaky ceiling and what looked like black mold in the house.

It was a decent house for the price, 4 bedrooms and two small bathrooms.

The property from the outside did not look real promising. The grass was very long and needed to be cut. The house itself was fine and as expected. Plenty of room. The bath towels need to be refreshed because many of them were ripped up and there were not enough wash clothes and hand towels. The air conditioner took a really long time to cool. We enjoyed our stay though.

Great house & great location

Great location, close to I-95 but far enough away in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room, very spacious, comfy beds with access to a private yard with a pool. Highly recommend it!
