The family or team will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.Canal front home with your own private deck.Fish right from the private dock. Kayak Ride.Large open floor plan makes it a great space for entertaining and cooking grill.Pavilion Deck and back yard with to enjoy the swfl sunsets. Just minutes from downtown Naples, beautiful beaches, CoastlandMall, I-75,shopping centers,and restaurants. Wifi, A/A.
*The property consists of two independent units. There are no shared spaces between them, ensuring complete privacy and autonomy for all guests.
The parking area is shared between both units. Your reservation includes two parking spaces.
*Pets are welcome!
It is an honor for us to host them. However, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so we can activate the appropriate protocol and properly prepare the space — such as covering the furniture, replacing rugs, and other adjustments.
Please note that an additional fee applies for bringing pets.
