Host had great communication leading up to and during stay. Location was perfect for our needs close to shopping, beaches and sports complex that we were visiting for an event. House is stocked with many daily necessities making it a very easy stay for our two families too be able to enjoy our time in the area. Plenty of games for families to play and alot of space to be able to spread out inside or out.

Perfect stay

The location was great, close to everything in Naples. It had everything you needed plus more. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place to enjoy your vacation.

The property was very nice with everything setup well for the stay. It was very convenient to the beaches, shopping, groceries. The pool and garden area was very nice . It was very enjoyable vacation with all the amenities provided. Thanks Elisabeth for the nice home.

Pleasant stay in Naples, Florida

The house was very comfortable and enjoyable. Both indoor and outdoor seating was good. The neighborhood was quiet and provided a good place to walk. The host was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family Vacation

Nice property with plenty of supplies. In a good location to many places of interest. Nice pool but wish it was heated as some cool overnights made it chilly but the kids didn’t mind. The garden had beautiful flowers.The host left a lot of ideas for parks, shopping and points of interest.

Perfect.

This location is absolutely amazing. Well equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Located in a quiet neighborhood great for walking and bike rides. All shopping for groceries and otherwise are minutes down the road. Can’t wait to return!

Naples vacation with all the comforts of home!!!

We recently spent ten fun-filled days vacationing in sunny Naples with our two teen-aged children. Prior to arriving at the Murphy house, Mike and Lis provided us with detailed information about their home and surrounding areas. They encouraged us to enjoy all the comforts of their homes - from the use of their lovely outdoor pool to the washer and dryer and even the umbrella and beach chairs. Their house was very clean, comfortable and was well-stocked with everything one would need while away on vacation. The home was centrally located in a quiet , residential neighborhood close to plenty of stores, restaurants and beaches.We were able to enjoy snorkeling in Key Largo, a trip to the Everglades and a visit to Disneyworld . We will definitely recommend this home to friends and family and are looking forward to a return trip to Naples at the Murphy house. Marty and JoAnn

Kitchen could use some cleaning attention, counter top grout dirty. Dirty silverware left in dishwasher. Water dispenser in fridge only worked twice. Bed sheets not for thick mattress, would not stay on. Pool bottom was dirty, not sure pool boy was ever there. Pool lounge chairs dirty and material rotting, not safe to lay on. Instructions said to disregard iguana poop on pool deck! Really?! TV use in bedrooms not available, no sign in or channels. Porches and decks were not clean, we swept. Washer and dryer were full of lint, not sure when they were last cleaned. House had a musty smell, probably from being closed up a while.

The property was as advertised. Everything was in working condition.

Elisabeth (owner) was wonderful to work with. I had an issue with the next guest arriving a day too soon and she handled it quickly and professionally. I would rent this property again

Needs Updates and cleaning

The location was very good . Easy access to Tin City, 5th Ave , dining and beaches. Pool has no heat so to cold during winter with temps in 50-60 range at night . Everything except living room sofa appears to be very old . Toaster and Toaster oven are old and baked on grime - throw away and spend for new. Refrig is 20 plus years and grime in bottom and nooks -needs replacement. The routine clean is ok and owners says can order and pay for more cleaning . The issue is never deep clean so grime , dust and dirt on top of all baseboards , tile edges ., door corners , light switches - needs a professional deep clean . The price reflects these negatives but we won’t be back to rent again . Have never given bad review because sympathetic to owners trying to rent but in this case renters need to know .

Normally we go to Naples twice a year and do a deep clean of the house but due to Covid we haven't been able to go for over a year. Our normal cleaners have only 4 hrs. between renters to get the hous ready so they cannot do everything iin that short period of time. We will be going in April and will get the deep cleaning done while we are there.

Enjoyed the stay but need to get some better sheets for the bed. Big Lots sheets would not stay securely on mattress!
