This home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and comfortable living room and a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops! Plus, the best feature of all, central AC throughout!

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!

The 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, offer the perfect getaway for a group of 6 guests! The cozy living room area is great for winding down, and watching your favorite movies! Cook a delicious home cooked meal and dine in the dining area off the kitchen. Out back, there is a generous and private yard with a deck, where you'll find a grill and comfortable outdoor furniture. All creature comforts promise a memorable vacation.



**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
