**Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Building 3 will be having Roof Construction all Summer in 2025 Building 1 & 2 will be having Construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings.
Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be Open everyday 9AM to 9PM
With an open design inspired by the mountains, this second-floor Mountain Green condo is the ideal spot to come back to after days on the slopes or the greens. While the chef in your group prepares meals in the kitchen or on the electric grill, watch shows on the TV in the living area. When it's time to eat, break bread together at the dining table. High-speed WiFi provides added convenience during your stay. Take in tranquil tree-lined views and the fresh mountain air from the comfort of your balcony. In the warmer months, go for a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool. During the winter months, make use of the on-site ski lockers and visit the on-site ski shop.
Walk minutes or take the complimentary shuttle bus (available on weekends) to reach the Killington Resort where you can ski, snowboard, or go on a snowmobile or snowshoe tour. To hone your golf skills, book a tee time at the adjacent Killington Golf Course.

THINGS TO KNOW
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The fireplace in the living room is not operational.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Security camera details: There are surveillance Cameras in the hallways of all 3 buildings

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
