Nautical Wheelers is a quintessential beach cottage located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills close to the beach, bay, restaurants and attractions! The space is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in the Outer Banks!

Inside the cottage, there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and an oversized closet. The other bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed with a full-sized closet. The full bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo which makes it family friendly.

The home offers a kitchen, living room, and dining room in an open floorplan. The living room has a 55" Smart TV equipped with every streaming service (guests to use their own login credentials). The TV console contains playing cards, puzzles, and board games for guests to enjoy. The kitchen has everything needed for you to feel at home.

The home's outside space is comprised of a deck with seating for six and an outdoor shower in the privacy of the backyard.
Guest access
In addition to the cottage, guests will enjoy the outdoor spaces including a deck with six-person dining table and an outdoor shower under pretty live oak trees. There is also a storage room under the house including a washer and dryer available for use. Guests are able to walk to the bay and are a quick drive to the beach. The property is a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, and other fun attractions.

OBX with the family

Comfortable cottage in a well established community in Kill Devil Hills. Very happy with our stay and close proximity to the bay. We enjoyed our early morning and evening walks in the cozy and welcoming neighborhood. Owner was very polite and prompt in replying with any concerns.

Restful and convenient

The property was as described. A restful retreat in a central location. Easy access to all the sites and to the beach. This was our first time in OBX, so we ran around to all the places if interest and this location was very convenient. We cooked a good bit. The bed was very comfortable, so we slept well too. Thank you!

Fantastic Get Away

We had a fantastic stay at Nautical Wheelers. The location was close to restaurants, Target, the beach and Sound. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Every evening after dinner, we would walk to the public pier, about 5 minutes or so away for beautiful sunsets. I loved the outdoor shower, which I used every day after the beach. We would drive to the public beach access at mile 4.5 ish where there is lots of free parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Rush is an excellent host, very attentive. I want to go back!!

Perfect place for a family of four to enjoy the outer banks.

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was in the perfect location. Central to the beach and bay and all kinds of activities and restaurants. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again.
