This property is so cute, comfortable and convenient as it is located in the center of OKC. The host was very attentive to our needs and so easy to work with! Definitely recommend this property and will hopefully stay there again!

The house was nice and the pool table really made the trip we left a new pool stick because the other ines were beat up orher than that it was a great trip. Highly recommended

OU Graduation weekend

Enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect for what we needed. I would stay here again if the opportunity was presented.

Overall, the house met our needs. Some of the smaller beds are stored in the closets, which isn’t exactly what we had imagined from the room descriptions. The yard was very unkempt, which made us leery as we pulled in. The inside of the house was very cute though and provided ample space for our stay. The host was very responsive.

Great place

Very cute house in a very cute neighborhood. There’s a playground across the street which was perfect for my hyperactive kids. The host always replied quickly. Really enjoyed our stay here!

OKC trip

The house was very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. She did let us know about some of the flooring needing repaired from the guests before so that was good communication on Beryls part. Overall we had a great stay!

Beautiful & comfortable home

The house was perfect. It is a beautiful old house that has been fully remodeled. It was the best stocked VRBO and had every you will need. The air conditioning worked great. The host was also great, always responsive. You can't go wrong with this house! Enjoy!!

All the comforts of home in an excellent location!

This property was clean and contemporary, with a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, lots of common area for everyone to spread out, and ample driveway parking. Our family of 7 never felt crowded, even with a pool table in the middle of the room. We were warned that the neighborhood was "sketchy" but never felt unsafe, and we were so close to downtown, just a 5 minute drive to everything that we wanted to do while visiting OKC. We would highly recommend giving this place a try when you are visiting! The property manager was responsive and helpful. We'll stay here again if we have the chance!

BEAUTIFUL house with great kitchen and wonderful bathrooms. The only negative is that the doors didn’t lock properly. When I notified the owner they blamed it on historic home regulations. Any decent handyman can adjust the strike plates so that the doors will lock.

Our host was an excellent communicator and the stay was perfect. It was a short drive into the city with easy access to any of the city’s main attractions. We had our three adult sons, my parents, and my wife and I all comfortably stay here for a week.

The advantage for us was being close to the OU hospital. It was a quiet comfortable stay. Very well stocked kitchen.

This historic Villa was built in 1928 and received a new facelift in 2022!
