Relax in this tastefully decorated condo with all new furnishings, and everything you need to call this your home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very spacious. Furnishings are sparse.

Multiple maintenance requests

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was sent to Honolulu for work and stayed at three different condos during the 12 months of my assignment. The first two units were older and cheaper and I decided to splurge (spend more money than my company was willing to reimburse) for the last 3 months. The building is overall in great shape and well cared for. The hot water and central AC were reliable. Which was an upgrade from the older units with window AC's and outdated plumbing. This unit is adjacent to the trash chute and we had issues with tiny ants from the day we moved in. We asked for exterminator services but they placed ant traps instead which did nothing to reduce the flow of ants. Finally, I caught the building exterminator and they agreed to spray the trash room which eliminated our ant problem. We had multiple calls regarding problems with the toilet until they finally replaced the flap in the bowl. There are LED lights in the unit and when a bulb is going bad the light flashes. My request for them to replace the bulb was ignored. Because there is no ladder in the unit, I was unable to change the ceiling bulb myself. I finally elicited the help of a tall man to remove the bulb so it would stop flashing. Once I figured out that minor repairs were mine to own, things went better. I would stay here again, just with different expectations.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry you ended up handling things that should have been ours to handle. The ant issue, the toilet, and especially the ignored light bulb request point to gaps in how we followed through, and we've gone over the whole list with our maintenance team so requests get resolved the first time instead of the fourth. You shouldn't have needed a tall stranger to fix a ceiling light. If you're back in Honolulu for work, we'd like the chance to show you a very different experience. Mahalo!

Excellent location and rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2BR/2BA is great- place had every thing we needed. Location is close to everything. Great pool - except we got caught in their pool maintenance downtime (3 weeks). Nice parking Rita/Gabby took care of everything for me. I would definitely use Ali’i Beach rental again

Solid appartment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Waikiki Landmark hast exceptional General facilities. The pool deck is amazing. The gym is also great.The apartment itself was good, just like pictured. Just in some places some work should have done The apartment a favor. Some electric outlets were loose. The fridge has seen better days as parts are falling apart. The whole router and wifi Equipment was just out in The open and cables were dangeling everywhere. Not a Problem but with 2 Kids it was ideal. But The Overall stay was good.

Hawaii Landmark Stay

We stayed at the Landmark for an extended time. The building is very well tended to and beautiful. The location was great and we could walk everywhere. The pool is also beautiful. The management company, Alli Beach Rentals, was also wonderful and I highly recommend going thru that company for a rental. The only negative was the unit. It was old and not in good shape. It was very sparse. There were stains on the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. The furniture was often in disrepair and not comfortable. It seems that very little thought was given for any comfort for the renter.

Great building, not so great suite

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waikiki Landmark is a beautiful place with a wonderful pool and grilling area. The management team is great with quick responses to any concerns. Ringtin was a consistent bright spot. Unfortunately, the unit is showing its age. Appliances, eg. fridge and oven had issues. Management responded quickly and did what they could. There is no lanai furniture. The living room couch is uncomfortably low. The table sits only two people. Again, a folding table and chairs were quickly provided when requested. The bedrooms were comfortable. Good closet space. The bathrooms were fine. The property was clean. The kitchen is small but adequate. It contains the washer and dryer which unfortunately protrude into an already compact space. Comfortable for one person, less so for any more. For the price per night, one could do better. It is definitely adequate but we expected more.
