Remodeled 3BR / 2BA Condo - 10 min from North Myrtle Beach!

Recently renovated TOP floor 3BR/2BA condo in the sought-after community of Carolina Yacht Landing.
Elevator in the building so no stairs to worry about and no noise to worry about coming from people above you.
This unit was almost completely renovated in the last year with new LVP wide plank flooring, a gorgeous quartz peninsula counter, stainless steel appliances, a new kitchen sink, updated bathrooms, and a top-of-the-line HVAC unit installed in 2020.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable and luxurious king size bed with remote adjustable bed frame Brentwood Cypress 11”mattress and Sony tv along with Haiku bamboo blade fan by BigAssFans for air circulation, additional bedrooms have Samsung tv’s as well as Haiku L fans.

Living room has a large remote operated roller shade large 55” Sony television and very comfortable Luonto brand king size memory foam sofa bed.

Kitchen has a huge 6 person seat configuration island and is equipped with new Samsung refrigerator/freezer, Stove, and Dishwasher also supplied is a Nespresso coffee machine along with selection of nespresso coffe pods, toaster oven, water boiling kettle, dishes and cups for 8 people and utensils.
All the comforts of home including washer/dryer.

Building P overlooks a scenic pond with a fountain for that calming touch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice from the screened-in porch. Carolina Yacht Landing is a gated community with 2 swimming pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and community day docks and docks available. Also has boat storage for those that want to dry store their boats here. The location is incredible as you're only a few minutes to the sand on Cherry Grove Beach, shopping, restaurants, and great golf courses.
There is a Eufy brand wi-fi doorbell/camera outside as well as wi-fi door keypad on the entry door for secure access/communication to open door to condo.

Luxury condo

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable condo in a gated community near lots of great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Owner was friendly and answered our questions quickly. Everything was new and everything worked as advertised. Bed was very comfortable. We had nothing to complain about. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Nice Condo

Ken is a great host and offers a nice condo for your stay. Clean and comfortable is what we always look for and that's exactly what we got. Great kitchen space with modern appliances, inviting living area and balcony overlooking the pond. Very peaceful gated community. Five stars!

Great condo. Game and more high end than expected. Better than pictures. Great owners. Extremely attentive and anticipated our every need better than any of our previous condos. So many extras provided. Very clean. Great area. So much to do within 10 min drive.

I can be a little picky about cleanliness, but I found these accommodations spotless and that put my mind at ease. The host was quick with communications and prioritized the comfort of their guests by ensuring we had everything we needed. The only negative was that we fought every night for who got to sit in the massaging recliner after a long day of sightseeing, but there was plenty of other comfortable seating for our family of 5. Area was quiet and safe.

Kenneth was a wonderful host, and his property is very clean and beautiful. I will rent from him again is the opportunity presents itself, and I have no qualms about recommending his rental unit. It was close to the things we wanted to do, and it is in a gated community, so we felt very safe. Easy parking with elevators to top floor. Highly recommend.

Great host, incredibly clean and updated place.

I loved my stay. From the communication to the cleanliness to the comfort and location, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Not to mention the retro arcade Pac Man machine! If you’re looking for a quiet place that feels like a home away from home, this is it.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. The location was very convenient to family in Calabash and Longs, as a family reunion was our purpose for the visit. The owner was very attentive and checked in with us periodically. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful, clean and excellent communication!!

Place was perfect for us, no surprise easy to acces and the owner gives a A1 service. Everything was clean, nice view on the lake to relax and drink a coffee. 10 minutes to the beach. Miss it already. Acces to the pool and the gym included.

Beautiful condo!

One of the nicest, cleanest, best appointed units we've ever stayed in. The beach chairs and towels were an extra bonus, and the master closet was big enough for our toddler's pack-n-play.

Couples Get away

We wanted to get away and let our hair down and relax for a couple of days. The house was beautiful enough rooms for everyone and the price was perfect. The only thing we had a problem with we could never get the ice maker to give us any ice. But other than that we had an amazing time. Thank you Mr. Kenneth.

Fantastic Stay

This is by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Many places I have stayed, we were requested to bring linen, pillows and towels. Ken has provided everything for you. Stress free week. Our stay started 7/6. It was not crazy busy in Little River. Short drive to the beach, golf, Barefoot and other restaurants. I highly recommend staying at Ken’s place.

Perfect Stay!!!!

The home is very clean and well maintained as well as the property. The gate access is very easy and the community at Carolina Yacht Landing is very welcoming and friendly. The listing is just as described, even better once you arrive. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Ken was very easy to get along with and a exceptional host. Everything is provided inside the home and the beds are very comfortable. It's a short walk to the pool and only a 10 minute drive to the beach. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back. Also, you have to try Tidewater Grill and Bistro, just across the bridge, amazing food. Thanks Ken.

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was amazing. We traveled with our 15m old and she absolutely loved the condo. Ken provided everything and more. Close to the beach and attractions, but also not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Absolutely would stay again!

Perfect Stay

Home was very clean upon arrival, check in was easy, gate access very convenient. Owners were super friendly. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach stuff provided but we didn’t need to use it as we brought our own. The kids loved watching the ducks and turtles every morning from the back porch. Community was very quiet but the other guests and owners were very friendly. Pool was great and the drive to the beach was short. Just what we needed ☺️

Amazing place

Home away from home

After many years of traveling for work and pleasure and many condos, we can actually say this was by far the best. we were house hunting, always stressful, and after a long day we found ourselves saying "let's go home", to this condo. The host, Ken, was beyond wonderful. The condo was clean, equipped better than I have ever seen, and most of all comfortable and like home. A truly great experience.
