Our stay was around 30 days. We enjoyed our time and the surroundings. We recommend this property because of its price and location in relation to the beach and beach towns. We would rent again if we needed a place to stay in the area.

Great - no complaints

Stayed for 4 days to attend a family wedding and couldn't be happier with the comfort and convenience of this place. The management team provided all the info we needed for arrival and handling the necessities (eg groceries). Clean, modern space; conveniently located; ample parking; and an overall pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Kentucky Derby Event

We booked this property to attend a Kentucky Derby Party nearby. We just wanted a clean comfortable place to stay while we were in the area, and this unit fit the bill perfectly. We slept very well and enjoyed the view of the golf course from the screened porch. The 1st floor condo was easily accessible, so we didn't have to drag our suitcases up the stairs.

Perfect Getaway

Booked a long weekend for my daughter and myself, and it was the perfect choice. Location is convenient to everything, and the cleanest place I have ever stayed at, plus very well appointed. Can't wait to return on our next visit to Sunset

Great location

This great condo was so close to the beach and all of our favorite restaurants. Loved sitting on the screened porch each morning and watching golfers. We will definitely book another stay here.

Weekend Getaway

Because of a sickness at home we were only able to stay one night, but we really enjoyed the condo! I plan to stay there again.

Very nice and convenient location for visiting family at Sea Trail

The unit is super clean and although we didn’t need anything, the host was a available if we needed. Thank you so much for making our stay relaxed.

Ideal beach getaway

Nice rental

Good location, clean and well equipped. The property’s rooms are on the small size but are nice and well furnished. Nice rental would stay there again.
