This immaculate condo sleeps 6 and offers an excellent location to make lasting memories! Whether you prefer playing in the sand at the beach or sun tanning at the pool, this destination has it all. We highly recommend planning to watch the sunset from the hot tub after a long day of hiking, skiing or skating. Go ahead & plan your day knowing you’re only steps from the beach, pool, gym, hot tub & a short walk to downtown Invermere's best shops & dining.

Living Area:
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to unwind. The sofa also turns into a queen-sized pull-out in case you need additional sleeping space. There is a 50" Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ that you can log into or watch your favourite shows or sports on our cable package!
Bedrooms
Each bedroom is decorated with an easygoing theme. Every detail has been curated to ensure that our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom:
Spacious room with a Queen-size bed completed with premium linens + pillows. Its own En-Suite, and walk-through closet. Finished off with a 42" Smart TV and premium cable package. Spend a little extra time in bed watching your favourite movies.
Bedroom 2:
Well-sized room with 2 single beds for that extra flexibility for sleeping arrangments.
When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favourite dish or try something new in the kitchen, it has everything you need to get the job done with ease. It also features a sit-up breakfast bar with seating for two where you can serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door where adventure awaits.
You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Tongs for grilling on the BBQ.
– Full set of knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers
– Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and your basic condiments.
Also included in your stay is a laundry room with detergent. You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.

Located within minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.
When you stay with us you’ll be close to:
James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand up paddleboard.
Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.
The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.
Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.
The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.
Panorama Ski Hill: The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
