Welcome to Wolfhaven! This gorgeous, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, newly built home is located near the Tuckasegee River, which is world renowned for trophy trout fishing! Conveniently located near everything, you'll have easy access to Western Carolina University, Sylva, Dillsboro, Cullowhee, Cherokee, Franklin, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park!

Wolfhaven sleeps seven and is perfect for a leisurely, fun-filled family getaway or for a couple of parents treating their kids' to their first fishing excursion. Complete with a hot tub, games, and YouTube TV, this home has something for everyone. Inside, there are open spaces, plentiful windows letting in loads of natural light, and modern decorations. The airy rooms are cozied up with brand new, comfortable beds. Completely upscale, the kitchen is outfitted with ample cabinets and high-end appliances to make it easy to cook the day's fresh catch and comfort food side dishes.

Step outside where you'll find a gas grill where you can BBQ dinner for the whole family. Indulge everyone with a s'mores festival by the fire pit or soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. Wonderful getaway

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!! The home was beautiful ,clean and designed so amazingly. The office was always quick to respond. Everything was just perfect. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home . We have already recommended to our friends and family.

WCU HOMECOMING STAY

The place was very nice and served our purpose. I would want to use again if in the area. The gravel driveway was challenging and would suggest paving. All in all would recommend this spot.

Great Retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is cleverly decorated and has great amenities - large hot tub, deck space and fire pit, all with plenty of seating. The beds aren't too high, which is great since that's getting harder to find these days. Also, the house is in a great location - you feel like you are in the woods, but you are actually in a neighborhood and close to town, so it's convenient to many things. The only drawback for us was the 6" drop b/t the ground and the door thresholds, so getting in and out of the house for the mobility-challenged was a problem; a small step/handrail at each door would really help. Also to note is the short, but very steep gravel driveway - we had 4WD drive so it was no problem, but it might be if you don't have 4WD. All in all, though, we highly recommend this house!

Great stay close to multiple attractions

We brought our son to camp at WCU. Property was as listed. Such a cool place! It was the perfect location to get to WVU, all the towns of Jackson Co., Blue Ridge Parkway, and Asheville. We would stay again!

Great cabin! Originally booked because it was close to the wedding venue, dog friendly, was updated inside and had a hot tub. The amenities were excellent!, beds were comfy, and the cabin was clean! Highly recommend.

WCU Retreat

We traveled to WCU for our son’s graduation. This was our third stay at Wolfhaven and once again, we had a great time. The house is super clean and modern. We love the quiet location on the mountainside. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Graduation getaway

We stayed for 4 days when our daughter graduated from WCU. Everything was as advertised and then some. There is great style and comfort in the furnishings. The property is close to campus and grocery stores, and downtown Sylvia without losing the feel of being in the mountains. It felt like a home and we felt cozy and comfortable there. We won’t hesitate to recommend to fellow WCU parents and others looking for a getaway in the mountains!

Fun for whole family

Totally enjoyed our stay with my family and fur babies at this house! Great convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Especially enjoyed the hot tub in those cold evenings. Would rent again

Just Perfect

Our second stay at this modern mountainside home. We loved the upgrades to the outdoor fire pit. Cleanliness and attention to details has made this home our favorite for WCU trips. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will be back!

Crazy to pass this one up.

Can not say enough good things about this property. New, clean and well accommodated. This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Plenty of room for my family. Very well lit, could use some blinds for the patio doors, but what a view. There was no traffic and you did not feel like you had any neighbors. Very well secluded. Everything was very modern and had a very modern feel. I wish I could rent this every week as it is a great place to stay and unwind. Definitely going to get back and enjoy it some more.

Great Home

We loved our relaxing stay at Wolfhaven. It still smells new! The place was perfect for me, my husband, my sister and her 3 kids. The kids enjoyed all the games, hot tub and cornhole. We were in town to watch a soccer match at WCU. Very close to campus. Would definitely stay her again. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Awesome!

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was very clean and well stocked. The only thing that was wrong was the master bath shower would not get hot. We took cold showers. Other than that it was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay , but I wish the grass had been cut. It was too long for us or our dogs to enjoy the yard. The hot water heater should be looked at. The water would be warm then go ice cold even if you were the only one in the shower. The air conditioning in the kitchen den area never really got the area cold . Just a couple of suggestions .. a door on the closet the the master bathroom would nice that much open space makes it really cold to get out of the shower, Also some hangers to hang wet towels on and TV's in all rooms. The place is nicely furnished and beautifully decorated.

Great place for family!

Obvious attention to detail. Small comforts of home, fuzzy blankets in living area along with games and lets not forget big screen T.V.!! 3 bedrooms of comfort, 2 bathrooms with all the attention to detail. We felt we were home away from home. We were in the hot tub at 8am.! Go! Enjoy the mountains!
