I highly recommend this place. It was the perfect place to stay for me. Great location, amenities, and charm, not to mention that Sunitha was immediately responsive and helpful.

Cool vibes on this basement apartment. Close to downtown and in a residential neighborhood. Watch your head walking in and out.

This was a lovely spot for my solo trip to Indianapolis. The neighborhood was quiet and the basement unit was clean and cozy. Having access to a washer/dryer was also great. Will stay again if I'm in the area.

This cute basement is spacious and very comfortable. The host was thoughtful and accommodating. I highly recommend it and would happily stay here again when I visit Indianapolis.

One of the best rental places I have stayed. It was very reasonably priced and perfect for me while I attended an event over 3 days at the IN State Fairgrounds. Suni was so nice & immediately responded to my message when I arrived after dark & was confused about accessing the space. The apartment was beautifully decorated, super clean, & very quiet. I loved the coffee & tea options and the media options on the television. Suni provided me with great recommendations for dinner & other places I may be interested in seeing the area. If I am ever in the area again, I will stay here again.

Nice location clean and friendly host great for solo travel or with a significant other kitchen amenities were great perfect for quick meals with the stove top and the washer and dryer was a great add on bath room equipped with shampoo body wash and conditioner i loved it

Wonderful spot just outside Downtown Indy! Great spot to spend a couple nights for the Indy marathon. Lots of amenities and essentials covered, including ear plugs, dish soap, and fan/white noise makers. Would highly recommend this spot.

Everything was perfect! Very comfy bed/ pillows, well stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, waters and instant oatmeal, very clean and beautifully decorated inside and there were fans, noise machine and/ or space heater available if needed. Parking was ample and safe out front. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Visit to Indy

This apartment was great for my stay. It was clean and comfortable. Easy access in and out. The neighborhood was nice with lots of good dining/bars nearby. I would stay here again.

This is a comfortable, reasonably priced and nicely decorated property in a safe neighborhood. We were able to park on the street very close to the property. The host was great to deal with and it seemed important to her that we enjoyed our stay. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

I was in Indianapolis with my dog for a Flyball tournament at the fairgrounds and the apartment was perfect. Clean and comfortable with a very responsive host. I highly recommend it!

Great Host, Quiet Neighborhood, Cute Place!

Sunitha, the host, is the best! So sweet and accommodating. I had all the basics I needed for my stay and she was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in/out was super easy and if I am in the area, I will definitely stay here again!
