You’ll feel right at home as you explore the area and soak up all the local culture and charm. Built in 1903, this charming building is over 120 years old and full of character. While it has been tastefully renovated with modern updates—including forced heat and central air conditioning—please note that soundproofing was not a feature back then, so quiet hours are kindly expected and appreciated out of respect for all guests and neighbors.



🛏️ This is one of four private apartments in the building. Your unit is fully private and thoughtfully decorated for comfort and enjoyment. If you plan to walk around late at night, we ask that you kindly remove your shoes to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
