We had such an amazing time at this property. We had 13 people - three different families who were perfectly spaced out across the house! It does take a minute to get used to the different levels throughout the home. The grotto pool was fun for the kids and the dock was perfect for fishing and docking the boat! Thanks!

The house was spacious and well equipped with all of the basics. Pool was very scenic. We had a good time. Hosts were very easy to reach and responsive to issues.

The space looks great, it’s in a very nice location tucked away from the street but close to everything you’d want to do, go, or eat at. The pool is awesome and it has pretty views facing the water. My family of 10 and two kiddos we’re celebrating my grandma’s 80th birthday and the space was more than accommodating and comfortable for everyone to sprawl out and not be in each others space. This was a great experience staying here.

Absolutely wonderful!

What a wonderful property and home! Very spacious and clean. The view is beautiful and the pool was amazing. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Clean, we would have liked better instructions on how to use the waterfall on the pool. Also, they say not wheelchair friendly but the first floor has many levels that can be trip or fall hazards so anyone with balance or vision issues should take note. It did fit our needs for the week.

Owner was more than accommodating. We had to cancel our other house at the last minute and were able to book here on short notice. They were able to get us in with an early check in the next day. The house ended up being perfect for our family gathering. Beautiful sunsets on the river and a great pool. House was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Wedding Week

This property was the perfect place for our large family for our daughter’s wedding. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath and the pool was perfect. Andy was kind and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Daytona Bike Week

My family and some of our friends came down for Bike Week… the house was PERFECT!!! The rental process was seamless and Andy was a doll to work with! Great views great everything!! We are already considering reserving for Daytona Bike Week 2024!!!

Saved a Vacation

We booked at the last minute due to a late cancellation on original booking. It was clean and very nice house. Andy came and fixed immediately the minor problems in the house. It was a great vacation
