True to others post, the property is a 10 out of 10. Close to the beach, restaurants and anything you could want. The beds were comfortable, a lot of times that is a huge problem with homes that have been rented, not this one!!Thank you!Lydia

It is a very impressive home with everything you will need and a great convenient location for shops etc . We have used holiday homes in many places including Florida’s and this is by far the best we have stayed in and the hosts are excellent.

The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The proximity to restaurants and shops was great. Lovely pool, hot tub and outdoor seating areas. The house itself was beautiful, very comfortable beds and plenty of seating indoors as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Very nice home with a great outdoor space for family to enjoy. Host was great to work with and very quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful Home

this place was amazing! everything was so wonderful and clean. the beds were comfortable and we were right close by a nice little park and walking trail.

Amazing home. Super clean. Accommodated 6 adults and two children. It had everything we needed and more. The location was prime to…everything a short drive away. The backyard is where we lived (grilling, swimming and repeat) most grateful. If you don’t rent this place for a large family you messed up. Thanks!

Wonderful house and service

The property is very clean and well maintained. Lots of room and well stocked with everything we expected. The pool and hot tub were particularly enjoyed.

Great property near downtown

We were in town for a horse show at TerraNova so we did not spend a lot of time at the house but it was great to come back to a nice place near the restaurants downtown. We will book here again.

Amazing home near downtown. Our family enjoyed the pool and amenities the home had to offer. Easy to get around town. We enjoyed our time at this home.

This house is absolutely beautiful, it's a block away from a convenient store, a few minutes from a grocery store, and one road straight to down town. Everything here was immaculate, plenty of space for any gathering as well as everything you'd need to cook up any dinner you could think of. Definitely give this this house a stay, there is no way it could dissapoint!

The location was very convenient. A quick drive to any desirable area in Sarasota. The host was pleasantly responsive and extremely helpful answering last minute questions.

Amazing Experience!

What more can I say? The pool/hot tub area was where we spent a lot of time and it did not disappoint. If not swimming or in the hot tub we could kick up and watch something on one of the two tvs outside. The place had everything a family could need and was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The lay out was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub was great and the numerous TVs inside and out was an added bonus. For anyone considering this home with young children it is within walking distance of a huge playground/ park which we utilized almost daily. The neighborhood was walkable/ felt safe which is important to us when finding a rental. Although we didn't utilize the pack n play and high chair at the house it is there for an option. The garage had a wagon to take out to the Lido beach, along with chairs and sand toys etc. On top of all that the kitchen was my favorite. We utilized it daily and it had everything you needed for cooking and dining. Lastly - the property managers were great, we always received a quick response when needed. We would rent this home again.
