Great home with all the essentials you need. Kids loved spending time in the pool and there are pool toys and floaties available as well as beach chairs and toys! Hosts were incredibly responsive and the check in and checkout process were the easiest I’ve experienced.

Wonderful Stay

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home. Great location and great amenities. If we travel to this area in the future we will definitely be booking this house again!

Great stay! Awesome pool.

The pool area was amazing. The property easily accommodated our group of 10. We had a great week enjoying the pool and game room. I would recommend and consider staying again!

The communication with Jenny was great. She was proactive in providing all info. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic! We spent a lot of time in the warm water having fun and relaxing. Chairs and an umbrella were provided for the beach which was great. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house had everything: comfortable beds, game room loaded with family fun games and a perfect size, heated pool. When I reached out to the hosts they responded immediately. Awesome stay, close to some wonderful excursions and the information the hosts provided was wonderful. My sincere thanks for making our family vacation memorable and comfortable

Just perfect for our family of 4. We loved the quaint little neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and basic convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Our 4 and 2 year old boys spent hours in the pool. When they weren’t swimming, they spent their time in the really cool rec room off the kitchen. Lido Beach was our beach, it was easily accessible and only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend staying at Jenny and Kenny’s place. Great hosts, excellent vacation home. We hope to come back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay here during our trip to Sarasota. It was the perfect fit for our extended family trip. The home was clean and spacious for our three small families to spread out, and had great central areas to connect and spend time together. The pool was our favorite! We felt safe with the amount of protective locks and fencing in place to keep our little ones safe. The high chair and pack n play were such a lifesaver and we felt comfortable with our crawler exploring during the visit. Communication was professional, prompt and friendly! If we visit the Sarasota area in the future, we will definitely look into staying here again.

Jenny was an amazing communicator throughout from booking to final check out. The house is beautiful, great layout, towels and bedding were wonderful (bed were super comfy!). Love that the kitchen was stocked with all the things you need. Pool was great and even though the heat wasn't fully working on the first day she got it fixed quickly. Would love to check out the other locations now that we know the quality and communication. Very happy family.

Excellent property many amenities

The location could not have been any better. Very clean property and gardening. Beautiful in and out. May things to do at the property and surroundings. The game room was very fun! I would recommend this property to anyone, eyes closed.

Everything was perfect for our needs (the property is close to our adult son’s place in Sarasota, and many other activities around the area). The pool was a big hit with everyone and used every day during our week's stay (the pool toys supplied made it even more fun for the kids). The house is well equipped in the kitchen, bedrooms, & baths. Everything worked as advertised. The hospitality was good - the owner always replied quickly when queried about some things (not problems, just questions). Everyone had a great time, and we will definitely consider this property again the next time we visit our son in Sarasota.

Wonderful Christmas Gathering

We had a wonderful week at this home and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The pool was great, the neighborhood felt safe and was clean. Arrival check in was flawless. We slept well on wonderful beds, the host provided some basics of paper products, laundry soap, garbage bags, and toiletry needs. One of the neighbors even took our garbage out for us. We had a very memorable stay and would return. Our dog had the best week of life playing ball at the pool and chasing the get goes on occasion outside. Thank you for making our Christmas stay wonderful.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

We stayed for the month of March and we couldn’t be any happier with the house. We cooked/grilled some amazing meals and ate outside by the pool. The beds were comfy, the showers had great water pressure, and the pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Note - you will get used to the noise from the planes flying directly overhead - especially if you have anyone flying into Sarasota and can literally not leave for the airport until you see the plane come in. Very convenient.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood felt safe. The heated pool (extra cost) was nice. The higher locks on the doors were nice to keep littles safe. The house didn't feel crowded with our group of 10. The game room in the garage was a nice place for the early risers to hang and not wake up the rest of the house.Points to notice.. aesthetically - the fencing and landscaping (especially near the front door) could use some help. The kitchen space is also quite small. We donated an indoor griddle to the house. :) The washing machine on site is a nice feature, but it is quite loud being located in the center of the house.There were not enough beach towels for our group of 10.It's a bonus that the house is so close to the airport, but with that, comes the sounds of the airport. It didn't bother us, but something to note.We'd stay again.

Our state was great. We had plenty of space and everything was as described. The hosts had a lot of extras that they had thought of. For example, it was great when we went to the beach to have a wagon and chairs to take. The space was really nice as hubby and I had the bedroom on one side of the house and the kids and grandkids bedrooms were on the other side so we felt like we had our own space. The common areas were very nice and we enjoyed the pool and the outside space every morning and every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did stay in for most of our meals. We did not use the grill, but it was nice to know that it was there if we did decide to do so. Communication was excellent and very timely. We would definitely recommend.
