Christmas Stay

Highly recommended

The home was a spacious layout to host larger families. The owners left a sweet note and treats for my family. Our daughter was getting married at Spain Ranch and the host had some bubbly waiting. They are extremely easy to work with!!! Highly recommend

Girl Trip

Another great trip in the books! Rachel is such a wonderful host and always makes sure we are comfortable and welcome. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the property and it’s always such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay!

Our wedding was this weekend and we last minute booked with Rachel so we could have our dogs and out of town friends close! It was so sweet and Rachel was so communicative!! Amazing experience!!

I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. Wonderful stay! From communicating with the owner, to holding a wedding rehearsal dinner, the experience at this property was amazing. Beautiful home with upscale accommodations as pictured in the listing. Host (Rachel) is very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have picked a better place to make lasting memories with our family and friends.

Girl Trip

The property was wonderful as usuall. Our host was awesome and had great recommendations for us. The location is close enough to Sapulpa, Mounds, & Tulsa but private enough for us to come back to and enjoy the country. This was our second stay and we will be back!

Just what we needed!

We had a group of nine in town for a fitness competition and this spot was perfect to keep our team rested and ready to go. Super clean, check in was a breeze and communication was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out and would have been even better if we weren’t there during the freezing cold and some snow. The outside space seems amazing in the warmer months.

Christmas Girls Trip

Fantastic property situated close to the Route 66 Chute and Tulsa. The host went over and above to make us all comfortable! Highly recommend this property! We will be coming back!

Great stay

We stayed over Thanksgiving. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the host was friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to stay again.

Weekend Getaway

The house was very neat and clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

Our family was recently in Tulsa visiting relatives and stayed for a couple of nights in this home owned by hosts, Rachel and Rick. It has a very nice, large kitchen and living room area with lots of seating options in both. The bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable. The hosts have tried to think of everything to help you enjoy your stay. They do accept pets in the home. Rachel and Rick also own an awesome, friendly pet daycare next door to this home, Noah's Bed and Biscuit, which was an added bonus for us. We knew our pet was safe and competently taken care of while we were out and about for the day. The hosts, Rachel and Rick, were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay in this home again if it's available the next time we visit Tulsa.

Beautiful home!

We were in town for a concert at the BOK center, and the house was perfect for our group for the weekend! The house was absolutely beautiful, and the owner was so responsive and sweet!

Perfect long weekend!

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my dad's retirement and it could not have been better! Very peaceful setting, great layout for multiple families, and the location was serene but also close to Tulsa for shopping, museums, restaurants, etc. Rachel's communication was incredible - there was even a nasty storm that hit while we were there and she was quick to alert me to the storm shelter and was monitoring the radar for us. If you're looking for a spacious home away from home, this is the place!!

Family Gathering

Grandparents, kids, grandkids from Kansas and Texas, and a local cousin gather at this lovely home. This home was perfect for our group aged 23 - 80. The large yard, plentiful parking areas, yard games, patio and fire pit were great to have available. We were there to attend the Muscogee Creek Festival in Okmulgee and the weather was hot, so in the evening we stayed inside and watched television, visited, and played a couple of the card games provided. Fact or Crap was our favorite. We cooked dinner one evening and the kitchen was a dream to use. This home is large, it's 4 bedrooms are large and the 3 bathrooms are easy to share amongst the 7 of us. Dogs barking nearby concerned us when we stepped out of our vehicle, but the house really was extremely quiet. All of the linens in the house are luxurious - huge soft towels and high count bed linens made us feel pampered. This country home was easy to locate. We hope to gather there again in the future.

Just Perfect

House is ideal for a large family or many friends. Bedrooms are far enough apart that everyone has complete privacy. The house is big but still very warm and welcoming. The kids loved being able to run around outside on the massive property and play ball and pickle ball. We needed the house because of loss of power at our homes for a week, but ended up with an unexpected vacation. When your little ones don’t even realize that there’s crisis, because the house we found is just so perfect, then life is good. Thank you Rachel for being an amazing host.

Amazing property

My family came in town to visit our daughter who attends ORU. We stayed in the house for a week. It was very clean, well kept, and a very enjoyable place to stay. There are cows and horses nearby and make for a lovely drive in. My high school daughter was able to practice for her senior piano recital on the beautiful baby grand in the living room. There were board games, a fully stocked kitchen, and a lovely back yard covered patio. Rachel was amazing as a hostess. Very responsive and took care of what we needed. We also thought we left something at the property and she went over to check for it and offered to mail it to us. We would stay here again!
