The home features two spacious king bedrooms with brand-new mattresses, premium bedding, plush pillows, and 65-inch Smart TVs for a restful and luxurious experience. An additional bedroom with two twin beds and toys makes this the perfect setup for families traveling with children, teens or single adults.

Enjoy the open-concept living area with comfortable leather sofas, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a spacious kitchen designed for gathering. The large kitchen island provides ample space for meal prep, casual dining, or enjoying your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes complimentary coffee, cookware, and serving essentials.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Bixby to see our family and enjoyed this gem of a house. The house was very clean and all the comforts of home were available. I know the city has some issues with the water pressure which we experienced, but overall it worked out. We would stay there again the next time we visit.

We were extremely happy with our rental. Necessities that you would need that you normally dont travel with was available. When we travel back there again that will be our home away from home. The host was very receptive and responded quickly to any questions we had. This truly was a hidden gem! Thank you Amber for the hospitality.

Comfortable stay. Very clean. Kitchen space was perfect for our needs. There was a small patio with a grill, but no outdoor seating.

Very clean and very welcoming! We were in for my Nephews wedding at Dream Point Ranch and it was the perfect location to get anywhere I needed to in a timely manner. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Perfect stay in Bixby

The property was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Check in was easy and host was super responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable! Recommended!

This house and property are exactly as described. Immaculate, safe, spacious, and family-friendly. Nothing was old, worn out, or in disrepair....including the cute kiddie toys provided by the host! The owner was easy to communicate with. She mentioned she was aware of the sound of running water near the utility room and said it was normal, so we ignored it. We did notice an intermittent drop in water pressure on that side of the house but forgot to mention it at check-out. It didn't negatively impact our stay, at most a very minor inconvenience that I assume is temporary. I was traveling with my daughter, her husband, and their 13mo old who loved playing in the backyard despite the July heat. We visited my son in Broken Arrow and went into Tulsa one afternoon. The location was perfect for us! Check-out was a breeze. I highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Family Vacation

We stayed for 3 nights and had a blast. We use VRBO a lot. This was by far the best kept place that we have stayed. We had to message Amber for a couple things and was pleasantly surprised about how fast she responded. Thanks for being a great host.

Tulsa stay

Really liked this house - immaculate cleanliness - appears very new. Layout is great with big greatroom - with the master on one side and the two other bedrooms on the other. Appreciated use of the garage- we travel with a carrier on top of the car, and it allowed us to stow it in the garage until we left.

Clean, new, quiet and exactly as advertised ! . Owner responded promptly. No paper towels, salt, etc available so bring some to have when you get there.

Great, clean home with a wonderful atmosphere. Grateful to have stayed there. One suggestion, there were no napkins or paper towels. These would have been helpful. We had one person who drinks smoothies each morning, so we purchased a bullet blender via Amazon delivery and left it behind for future visitors. Thanks again for wonderful accommodations.
