This place is everything you see in the listing - no disappointments! Beautiful view, very well appointed and really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is not only with utensils but the coffee and snacks provided were a very nice touch. Gloria was a fantastic host and very proactive with communication!

The view is incredible. Place is clean and fresh, hot tub and fire table are great. Deer grazing outside every evening. Just incredible. Host was super responsive and helpful. Awesome place.

Gloria and David were wonderfully available hosts providing amenities far beyond the typical provisions supplied at a short-term rental. The unit was perfectly situated with stunningly beautiful views and terrific outdoor space for lounging to maximize those views. Would definitely make a return stay.

Beautiful place for a couples getaway! The retreat was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. The hosts were wonderful and very hospitable. The hot tub was a great bonus and made the stay even more relaxing.

This is an excellent property and host. It is just a shown and includes everything you need for a great stay. My trip was for mountain biking. There is access to the mountain bike park or off park trails stretching all around CB a few feet from the driveway. The host provided a sufficient amount of sundries, spices, there are food storage containers, pots and pans, silverware etc to arrive and be good to go for a few days. Strongly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Very spacious, clean. Soaking in the hot tub during sunset was sublime. We also had the pleasure of watching a family of foxes play nearby each morning. David and Gloria were also helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

It was a very attractive property. It emphasized style over function. The couches were low and uncomfortable. There was no table to play games at or work at. There was only a short counter with very uncomfortable hard, low-backed chairs. It was down 4 sets of stairs from the parking lot. It was very difficult to carry suitcases down so many stairs and wet because it rained a lot when we were there. There was no mention of the stairs in the description. The Hot tub was great, the porch with the couches and fire pit was great.

thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the hot tub, porch, fire pit, and overall design of the guesthouse. I’m sorry the seating and counter setup weren’t as comfortable or functional for you as you’d hoped. I also understand how the stairs could be challenging in rainy weather. We do note in the second paragraph of the listing that Teocalli 2 is reached by going down two and a half flights of stairs so guests can consider that before booking. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both what you enjoyed and what could be improved.

Perfect Modern Mountain Stay

Absolute amazing property! Modern, new, and clean with amazing mountain views. The patio and hot tub are perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The host were great and very friendly.

Gloria was very responsive and easy to communicate with! The house is beautiful and the views even more so ! House had everything we needed and the kitchen was well supplied! The ski in and ski out worked out well. It was a bit icy but nice to be close to a trail to take us to the base.

We had a great trip and really enjoyed staying in this beautiful lower unit. It was our first time choosing a VRBO home for a ski trip instead of staying at a ski resort lodge, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The views were absolutely phenomenal, and the sunsets were a highlight of our stay.The only downside for us was that the property owners live in the unit above this, which slightly impacted the sense of privacy. Aside from that, the home itself was lovely and made for a memorable stay

Teocali 2 is a gorgeous ground floor unit overlooking the mountains surrounding Crested Butte. It was a perfect base for exploring the flowers around Gothic, then popping into town for a meal. The bed was super comfortable and it was great to have a washer and dryer.

A very nice property with fantastic views. Check-in was easy. The perfect size for 2 couples. Living area and kitchen are well designed for chilling after a day spent outdoors and the hot tub is a bonus. Bedrooms are spacious. The host is onsite and provided good info on town.
