Ski-In/Ski-Out 4 BR House that sleeps 10 in Mount Crested Butte!

Located in the scenic Gold Link neighborhood, just across the street from the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, this spacious house has also has panoramic views which you can enjoy from the large picture windows in the living room, large deck, or even the private hot tub! To access the ski slopes, walk across the street and up a very small incline and you are on the slopes! You can ski down Homeowners Run and Gold Link Run to access the Gold Link chairlift.

This home consists of 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an open kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace. Guests also have access to the laundry room and mudroom. Three bedrooms are located on the main level. The first has a king bed, the second has 2 queen beds, and the third has 2 twin beds. The second floor has a roomy bedroom with 2 additional queen beds and one king bed. In total, this home has 8 beds and can sleep 10 people comfortably. Each bedroom has its own attached full bathroom.

We're sorry, but absolutely no pets are allowed.

Please refrain from smoking/vaping on the premises! Any smoking/vaping evidence will result in an additional $1000 cleaning fee.

Unfortunately, the garage at this house is not for guest use, but plenty of parking is available in the driveway. MAX OF 4 VEHICLES ALLOWED ON PREMISES. NO TRAILERS, RVs, OR CAMPERS OF ANY TYPE MAY BE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY.

Due to HOA restrictions, large gatherings, events, parties or receptions of any kind are not permitted at this property. Rental groups not to exceed 10 people. Violation of the 10 person maximum occupancy will result in a fine or potential eviction.

The ski house was great. The location is absolutely beautiful. The first tracks shuttle to the base is super easy and helpful. Our group would definitely stay again.

Great Ski in ski out house

House is set up perfectly for a large family or group. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Super functional, great views, lots of space!

Beautiful visit

The property is absolutely wonderful. Great location, easy access to slopes. Getting to the chair is a three minute walk, getting off the mountain and walking into the garage takes 1 minute. We stayed 16 days and just loved the home. Highly recommend and will most definitely come back

Family Christmas Trip

The house was perfect for our family! Everything we needed was available and clean. The property manager was the best !!! We had a lot of snow while we were there and skiing was great for kids. The plows were always a welcomed sight. Thank you for sharing your home.

New Orleans Traditions Live in Crested Butte

After seventy years of holiday treasons in New Orleans, our now dispersed family has found a spacious home with spectacular views to make gumbo together. We thank our host for a fabulous kitchen with everything we needed. Our only “problem “ was the host’s support for Auburn as my son played football for Michigan!

Peaceful Tranquility

The mountain and sky views from this property are stunning. Access to ski lifts and trails well described as ski in ski out. Kitchen well appointed. I was able to make and serve Crayfish Etoufee and Turkey Andouille Gumbo. Lots of space for the family around the fireplace and kids game table. Spacious yet oh so cozy! We will be back in 2024.

Breath taking views

Fantastic house with incredible views. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen. Great hot tub. The mudroom area was great for getting ready to ski. The ski in was perfect. Although there are a few steep parts on the trail in. Skiing out took a little bit of work, but we managed fine with small kids. For our multigenerational ski trip, the house was better than we could have hoped for.

Incredible house

Great decor, so many treasures and beautiful paintings, fun board games for the kids, comfy beds, new pots and pans. We enjoyed the quick access to the slopes. Easy for our 8 & 6 yr olds to do. Our smaller children loved the big room upstairs to play. The hot tub was perfect after skiing ( a little too much chlorine, burned the kids eyes) Such a spectacular home. The great room is incredible and feels like a lodge in a hotel. We loved every minute!

32 GOLD LINK HOUSE - Ski-in/Ski-out

Very spacey home. Plenty of room for kids to play. Comfy beds, all very clean, kitchen furnished well, Matt saw that snow was removed when needed and he checked on us to make sure we had everything. We've been renting for 30 years in ski mountains and this was by far the best rental and easy place to stay. Everything about the place was 5 star, including hot tub. Most beautiful views one could ever experience. and windows everywhere to look. Enough firewood to last the winter. We'll be back.

Great family ski stay!

Matthew was very responsive to our questions. The house has spectacular views and very comfortable furnishings. The wood for the fireplace was conveniently stacked in the garage. It has a delightful open floor plan. The hot tub was fantastic. Good kitchen and supplies. Slopes are convenient- across the street a short uphill trek out (made a bit more difficult due to altitude) and easier ski back. Large mudroom was very convenient for putting on/off ski boots for the group. Stored skis in the garage. Delightful stay! Thank you!!!!

Fantastic House, Ski-in Ski-out

Gorgeous 180* views from living room. Great location, right across the street from ski slopes. Short 100 yd walk to slopes near Gold Link lift. Nice, large mud room to store ski boots and coats, with benches to gear up before skiing. Great kitchen with plenty of nice pots and pans for cooking, plenty of spices, utensils, coffee filters, etc. Bedrooms were spacious with new foam mattresses, and plenty of extra blankets (it can get cold in CB in January!). Large, real wood fireplace with plenty of seasoned firewood, which we used every night. Hot tub was excellent, and hot! Located on back deck, just steps from a door so very easy to get in/out. Only minor nit we had were the shower heads, which could easily be upgraded by owners for minimal cost. Otherwise, no complaints. 5 star house for sure!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our family ski trip to Crested Butte. This property is as advertised. Incredible Mountain View’s from the Great Room. The kitchen was well stocked. Access to the Gold Link lift was easy. It’s an approximate 20 yard walk to ski down to the lift. Ski-in was to the street - walk across the street to the the heated garage. We loved the mud room. It was great for storing our ski gear. The only negative is the bathrooms need a little updating. Each bathroom is a tub/shower combo with shower curtain. We would rent this beautiful home if we decide to ski Crested Butte again.

Young and Old Enjoyed!

Family trip with our tweens and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed the house and CB. The location was perfect for the kids to easily access the mountains. Those that didn’t ski could watch the runs off the porch or just enjoy the majestic views out every window! Plenty of room to spread out and the host was very accommodating and easy to contact for any questions. CNt wait to go back!!

A fairy-tale view with all the comforts of home

When we initially booked our Christmas ski trip, we could never have imagined Covid-19 would still be raging, and we took every precaution to protect ourselves and others while Colorado graciously allowed us to ski. This literally meant spending all our time when we were not on the snow in the house, with five young adults in their twenties giving up all apres-ski restaurants, bars, and night life. I'm writing that only to emphasize the house was fabulously beautiful and comfortable in every way, and we were not only content to stay in we enjoyed every minute of it. The kitchen was fully equipped so we cooked all our meals, the sound system was great, plenty of wood for the fireplace, and the 180 degree mountain views were spectacular. One morning a fox pranced along the patio wall just outside the window - truly magical. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home - we are grateful for a wonderful trip.

Amazing Mountain Home

Thanks to 32 Gold Link, our Mardi Gras skiing vacation was Amazing!!! The short walk to the lift was easy and skiing in on Home Owners run was a blast. Love love this place and will hopefully stay there again some time. The LaHayes

nice place awesome location

nice clean place, bedrooms were big and each had it's own bathroom, big kitchen for cooking and huge laundry room, views were incredible and out every window of the house, nice walking/hiking trails (and it would be great in winter as it's right next to the Gold Link lift and homeowners trail ( out the driveway and across the little road and walk just the shortest bit - easy), we'd like to rent again in the winter and will book very early next year so we can get a winter stay ! My family really loved the house and the town.

Amazing slope-side home on the Gold Link lift at Crested Butte

This is a very beautiful, open and gracious home in the exclusive Gold Link neighborhood in Mount Crested Butte. Incredibly large family room with tremendous views out large windows on three sides. The walk to the ski-hill under the Gold Link Lift is maybe 200 paces...simply across the road and up a slight rise. On the way back, take the Homeowners run and literally ski back into the garage (if there is snow on the road) or walk the last 20 paces back across the road. Great kitchen with everything you need to prepare a relaxing meal after a day of skiing. Each bedroom is well appointed and has a private bath. Upstairs playroom has pull-out trundle beds great for the kids. Our family usually rents a slope-side home at a different resort during the holiday season. We enjoyed the comforts, views, and location of this home, and its accessibility to the ski mountain, as much as any we have ever rented. The secluded neighborhood is just a five minute drive to the base area and a 10 minute drive to town. We shared the house between two families with kids. We had a perfect holiday week at Crested Butte!

Awesome home in this awesome town

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The open concept in the living area is very inviting and perfect for a large family. The views from the wrap around deck are just breath-taking...perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at dusk. The quaint town of Crested Butte is just s few minutes drive away. Skiing and hiking are within walking distance. Beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished we wish we could have stayed longer at this home. I would highly recommend a visit to Crested Butte and definitely this property for your stay.
