1265 square foot home located 0.2 miles from Silver Lake ORV sand dune entrance. 3 bedroom home with a kitchen, living room and all-season porch with 3 patio door for beautiful view and a gas fireplace. A shaded yard and a fenced area for dogs. Centrally located for all outdoor activities. The silver Lake area has something to do for everyone, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking, walking along the sandy shores of Lake Michigan or yeeting thru the sand dunes in your off road vehicle or side x side. Seasonal attractions like Mac Woods dune rides, Little Sable light house tours, Craig’s cruisers, shopping, Icecram shops, Chicken shack, Hart-Montague bike trails, local wine tours, golfing, Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo. Day Trips to Ludington, Manistee or the Baldwin trail system. For rentals use Silverback rentals or Wave Club boat rentals. So many memories to be made!

Great stay!

Wonderful location, and the house was set up perfectly to make us feel at home. We loved the coffee bar and s’mores station. Hosts really go the extra mile.

Fantastic Stay

The cottage was perfect for our stay and is in a great location. The house was very clean and the four season room turned into the perfect hangout spot. The coffee and s’mores bars are a great touch and the kids couldn’t wait to have a bonfire. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Silver Lake area.

Perfect family getaway!

This is truly the best rental home we’ve stayed in. The house was very clean and we all felt at home, including the dogs! All the little amenities through out the house were very appreciated! We will be booking again & we can’t wait to return!

The Sweet Retreat was really sweet !

The property was SUPER nice, clean, and close to the dunes entrance! Their amenities were extremely helpful, and the owners were super informative! We would love to stay here again ! This was our frist trip with our infant and their home made it so easy for us !

Perfect Spot!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Extremely close to the dunes. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood. I think our dog enjoyed it the most! The host was fast responding and provided us with everything we needed. The back room was awesome! Can’t wait to come stay here again.

Wonderful Property and Location

This property is extremely well cared for and the owners thought of everything! The location was also perfect for my large family plus 2 dogs. Tons of stuff to do in town and 25 mins from Ludington! My family and I all agree we will be renting from this property again and you should consider it for your family vacation spot as well !

A great place to stay!

The owners really thought of everything here. We felt so welcome from the stocked coffee bar to s'mores options for the kids. It was a very clean rental so close to the dunes entrance which made it more than convenient when coming and going for lunch/snacks. The outdoor area was nice and private as well. We would definitely come back!

We book this listing for my husand and i while we got married. They gave us a little gift when we got there! Much appreciated! The kitchen was fully equipped! And the house was fully dog friendly which was fully appreciated!

Everything You Need For Your Stay Is Here!

This beautiful home has everything you need for a fun visit to the Silver Lake State Park area! There are so many wonderful hostess touches including lots of board games, a coffee bar, and a s’mores bar to name a few. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and the house was cleaned extra well since I have an allergy to dogs. We had a wonderful time and had everything we needed for our stay. You will love this home!

Dunes and Coasters

This location was perfect for our itinerary! Dune hiking, off-roading, and a day trip to Michigan’s Adventure. The home was very clean and very well supplied. The owner was very responsive with every communication. The location was great - close to the dunes and town while feeling private with a nice wooded lot. A very nice stay!

Awesome rental

This house was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful inside and out. It makes you feel like you are at home. They provide so many special treats like a smores bar, coffee, and extras of things that you may have forgotten.

Fantastic rental!

Upon arriving, we were able to park our trailer at the home until our 4pm check in time. The host was gracious, and promptly responded to questions. The sun room in the front of the home was perfect for socializing, evening games, and morning coffee! The bedrooms are simple and clean each equipped with a small box fan in addition to a ceiling fan. Outdoors, there a basket of toys for both kids and pets including a small sand hill. Our stay was perfect!

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Jennie our host had thought of everything. All we needed to bring was food. She was also very responsive to any questions and recommendations. The 4 season room was a bonus on those rainy days. Will stay again. Thank you.

Perfect Silver Lake retreat!

Jennie's house is the perfect place to stay when visiting silver lake. Literally anything you would need or forgot to bring was there. From the layout of the house and property, fire pit, grill, parking, coffee bar, smores, fully stocked bathroom, etc... Best part was being so close to the dune entrance which was awesome for our sxs. We will 100% be back again. This place will not disappoint you.

Perfect!

We absolutely love this home and location. The home and the property couldn’t be more prefect. Last year I packed all kinds of things because you just never know what the home will be equipped with. This year I packed much lighter (my husband very much appreciated that!) because it had everything you might need. I think my favorite thing is the fireplace. Now I want one for my cabin! Thank you so much for letting us use it again.

Beautiful home close to dune entrance

Very clean place!! Left toys and treats for our fur babies which gets 5 stars from us! Located very close to dune entrance but private in the woods as well. Owners truly thought of everything you may need or forgotten. Easy to communicate with owner. Prompt responses. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

Excellent!!

We have been coming to Silver Lake for six years and Sandy’s ORV Sweet Retreat is our favorite so far! Not only is it beautiful, but the owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect! We loved everything from the fully stocked coffee bar to the S’more bar to the “oh sh$$” cupboard!! (a fully stocked cupboard with all the bathroom/personal essentials you need in case you forgot yours!) It was in the perfect location to the Dunes and Mears. The layout of the house and backyard (along with small fenced area for our dog) was all perfect! Owners were very friendlier and easy to work with…we will definitely be back!

Jeeping Paradise

This place is amazing. Clean and I mean spotless, modern and updated in its entirety. They even thought of little things you might have forgotten ( toiletries, med cabinet) . In relation to the ORV park, its right around the corner, literally 1/8 of a mile. You can air down in driveway and roll in. We will be returning
