The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the “couch” in the living room was/is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on. At the end of a long day it would be great to pour a glass of wine and relax in front of the TV…but this couch is so hard, I had to use my bed pillows to sit on. Hopefully this will be replaced before our next visit. I would love to come back here again, but the couch is a show-stopper for us. We will be visiting Providence multiple times per year to visit our granddaughter at Brown and this location is perfect for that! The master bed was VERY comfortable, a big “plus” for me.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay, great communication with manager. Neighborhood was a little off for me - A ton of sirens all night long. I would stay there again.

A pleasant location to stay while visiting Providence

Friends and I enjoyed a very lovely weekend stay in this clean and cute two bedroom apartment. There was a bit of disturbance with unexpected construction but the host met us, explained, apologized and proved very accommodating and nice to work with. Would happily stay again if back in the area again.

Cozy Home

We absolutely loved our stay here! My family came to visit me and we wanted a space that allowed us to have the full dove to ourselves and allowed us to bond like we were back home together. This home was very spacious, well decorated, and felt very safe! Thank you for the amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and as described. Danny was responsive and available (lives on property) … good location if you have a car. It’s not really walking distance to downtown but a short drive to downtown and well located for federal hill. We used it as a home base for day trips to Narragansett, Newport and then went into Providence for Waterfire (only 10 min drive ) … we enjoyed our stay.

Good value

Spent 3 nights at Danny’s place. it was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood can get a little loud from time to time (cars with loud stereo), and we had a little issue with the electronic door lock, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Great stay in Providence

Great stay in Providence. Roomy apartment just as listed. The kitchen is on the small side but manageable. We really appreciated the iron and mini ironing board. Initially the sofa bed was missing bedding but this was quickly resolved by Danny. Overall a great stay in a comfy apartment.

We are so sorry to hear that. Both tvs are working fine, there is a pump next to the the faucet with dishwashing soap, pillows are memory forms, we are sorry thar you didn't feel comfortable. Maybe they are excuses to justify the way he left the apartment. One message or call would has been the solution. Comfortable jouse

Clean and value for money. A couple of things which need to improvement are the number and quality of kitchen utensils and table ware. There was hardly any silverware. Also one bedroom needs a chest. It would be better if all furniture is not covered in protective covers like the couch and dining table.
